Breakfast is what you would expect, the pool and Hot Tub were clean and operational. Front desk was helpful. 1st Hotel I stayed at that wanted $150 deposit. I was more than OK with this as it seemed it only drew true travelers or people on business.

It was a great stay overall. The thing that sucked is there were a bunch of hockey teams staying and they came back at midnight and woke my toddler up being so loud. They blocked the hallway and played hockey which was fine if the staff would have made it clear or put them all on one floor and the rest of the guests on another we were stuck in the middle of them all.

This hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The mattress wasn’t hard, as they are in many hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Service desk not friendly or helpful at check in. Give us the keys to the room but did not mention anything else. We had to look for the room. Stopped by the front desk later that evening to ask where the ice maker was, the lady said it's by the elevators. I did not know where the elevators located, so I had to ask for the directions to the elevators, she was not happy that I bothered her.

Always comfortable
We always stay here when we visit grandkids in South Bend. We are always pleased with the service, spacious room, and hot breakfast. The motel is close to shopping and restaurants.

It took us an hour to check in due to a mistake made by Expedia. That was a huge hassle! Then we couldn’t get it warm in the room and it was really loud from road noise. Turns out the window was opened about 2 inches. We couldn’t get it closed. It took two of us to hold it closed and lock it. Overall experience wasn’t bad. But I’m still upset about taking forever to check in
