Check in -horrible. We drove over 5 fr RI w/ 2 dogs . We were given a pass code prior to visiting,pass code did not work. It took over 2 hrs for someone to contact us through text, the 800 number was busy, high call volume. After numerous texts/ tries w/ re-doing the pass code, it still did not work then I was told that I would be getting a phone call from management, We arrived at 5 o’clock. This is now coming around 8 o’clock on Thur. Finally about 830/9 ish someone from management contacted us via cell and his exact works were “ I’m the manager and keep gettin calls about an emergency, I’m on vacation “ not professional in my opinion. End result the keyless combo door lock wasn’t working and had to use the lock box key. Luckily during all this drama we found out the patio door was unlocked and was able to get in that way but it should not have been a problem initially! As for the house, exterior could use some clean up landscape was over grown, driveway is not paved or pebbled and with this weather it was a huge mud pit if you have a low car you would be stuck. Exterior and interior windows were dirty filled with webs and spiders both in and out ! Interior was surface cleaned only, needs a deep clean webs ,spiders/bugs were in every room in all the corners Walls need a scrub >marks/ dings , washer >mold in it, exhaust fan in bath- huge layer of dust on it. rugs=old/dirty we rolled up. Furniture -old , A+ on view/location. Probs>mgmt /clean/ update furn/ esp for the $
