Dear Gaurav, my greetings to you. I totally disagree with your review and request you to please delete the same as it is misleading for other guests and does not relate to my property at all. After reading your review, I find that you have some vested interest in posting this review to malign Treehouse blue serviced apartments. Let me reply to your false accusations point wise below. 1. Far from ever place -The most beautiful white sand beaches of south goa , Majorda, Utorda and Betalbatim beaches are within 2-4 kms. 2. No food - we serve hot buffet breakfast next to pool everyday. You have kitchen in your room to cook. You can swiggy or zomato from any restaurant. These are serviced apartments and not a hotel. You very well knew that before booking that we did not have a restaurant but all other food options were available to you. 3. Bad mobile - this is not correct. I don’t know what mobile service you were using. We never had complaints from any guest. We have high speed wifi throughout the property. 4. No eateries - all best eating joints like Martin’s corner, Cota cozinha, pentagon, Camron, jamming goat , zeebop, Fishka etc are just within 2-4 kms from us. We even have a small convenience store on the property to meet your urgent requirements.5. No Uber - I find it very funny that for not having Uber in Goa is being blamed on us. There are other taxi companies. You were given information of car hire and easy availability of taxis. My team is available 24/7 and live on the property and could have organised taxi within 15 minutes and g your request irrespective of time of day. 6. Remote area - I don’t understand what you mean by remote area. Small convenience stores, wine shops, majorda railway station, local market , super store are all within 200 mtr. to 2 kms. 7. Few local beaches - I have already mentioned about beaches above. I wish I could import some foreign beaches for you. 8. Virana - if this is virana for you then I am really sorry and apologise for all the inconvenience caused to you and your family. You were a party of 3 adults and 2 kids and checked in at 4pm on 3rd October and checked out at 5am on 4th October. You were there for around 12 hours only and it is strange that you found out so many issues. My manager and team explained everything to you and also advised you about house manual where all things are written I feel you did not read the house manual and neither bothered to ask my team about anything. Your trip seems very hectic and stressful or it was just to put a bad review for Treehouse blue. I again say that your review is false and just to malign us. I request you to please delete the same.or I will request Expedia to get the same removed.
