Highly recommend this fantastic B&B. Spotlessly clean. The Bradwell suite is fantastic. Wonderful hosts. Such an amazing relaxing atmosphere. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Will definitely be back for a weekend away.

Really nice pub/restaurant run by hosts Ziggy and Karen. On arrival we were offered the choice of two rooms and shown to both of them, we chose the larger room which was great and had a nice modern bathroom. We were attending a wedding locally and running late but Karen organised a taxi for us straight away. When we returned later in the evening we had a drink at the bar and Ziggy gave us a sample of his Indian cooking (slow cooked lamb and onion bhajis) which were to die for so although we didn’t eat in the restaurant on this visit we certainly will next time. In summary, a very welcoming and friendly accommodation where nothing is too much trouble in order to make you feel at home.

This B&B is located about a 30 minute walk from the centre of Sheffield and is close to bus routes into the city centre. There is shared toilet facilities in the B&B (which is stated somewhere while you're booking I think..) but its never a problem (there are two toilets and two shower rooms for those interested). There is a breakfast every morning (choice of full English or a traditional Bangladeshi breakfast). The owners are very polite, talkative and always on hand to give helpful information about the area etc. They go the extra mile to help you in your stay that you wouldn't get in a normal hotel. The price for a room for a night is also very competitive.

"Good for a night out but not for peace and quiet."
Kept awake till midnight by rock band playing in pub. Manager very friendly and explained in a nice way that this was a pub and not a hotel. I was very tired after a long drive so this would not suit tired travellers. But if you want a good night out and a room in which to stay then it is perfect. Really nice location in countryside and close to M1 motorway.

My wife and I went to see a show on 19 April'13, and decided to make a weekend of it in Sheffield. The only problems we had were locating the building as the sign was hidden with tree branches, and some small maintenance work needed doing. In our room there was a light switch that need securing to the wall (tightening) and the bathroom door handle needed repairing, both minor problems. However, the stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. The building is a beautiful old building, and I thought welcoming. Both my wife and I have decided that should we be going to Sheffield in the future, we would re-book this Guest House as we were very pleased with the stay
