"The house is on a large piece of property with a fantastic view. The amenities were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watching the deer graze in the field. It was quite secluded from any nearby neighbors with the surrounding trees. "Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend"

"This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time."

"We were in Austin for a graduation. But we did have a little time to enjoy the area. The house was prefect. Plenty of room for everyone. All the necessary supplies. Nice and clean. We enjoyed how it was decorated as well. The area had loads to do within walking distance. Lots of food options as well. If we get a chance to go back to Austin we will definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful property. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic. The house is a PERFECT set up for two groups/families traveling together. The community space is in the middle, with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked, which almost never happens in a VRBO. I would absolutely recommend it and rent again."

"Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Our daughter graduated from TX State & our whole family came out for the weekend. There were many of us, but the house is so big, we didn’t feel like we were stepping over each other. Communications between the owner were top notch: every message was answered immediately. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay in comfort & peace."

"My husband and I hosted our friends from Alabama. The house is warm, open, and spacious. We loved the quirky wall art! The kitchen and living room space was perfect for cooking and hanging out, especially with the huge sectional couch. The house is well stocked with dishes, towels, spices, etc. We really enjoyed the pool because it is HOT in Austin. We were minutes from S Lamar and S Congress. We appreciated the garage parking as well."

"This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!"

"My husband and i brought our two large dogs for a short getaway. Con (only 1): the only complaint we had is there was no directv or option to stream our nhl team that was in the playoffs! The tv in the living room is older and won’t screen share with devices newer than 2020. The tv on the patio had the option, but the tv is smaller. The tv in the kids room wasn’t smart either.
