AMAZING PLACE just walking distance from a SPECTACULAR BEACH
Beautiful and functional cottage, clean, super very well located, just walking distance from this incredible, sureal, beach in Spanish Wells. BONUS: You have paddle boar, kayak, and your own golf cart to go around the island. Our host April, a real angel, she helped us to coordinate every single detail of our stay, was super reponsive and kind!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU

From the second I began planning this trip to the second I finally had to leave this was just absolutely the best experience I have had with VRBO! April was just fantastic! Her communication was outstanding. It was Easter weekend my family was trying to get to SW and cancelled flights put us arriving on Easter Sunday. April made sure everything was lined up from taxi, ferry and golf cart pickup. Paradise Found was a lovely house with everything you need and more. Extremely clean and lots of room. Golf cart was very nice and speedy, kayaks were a great addition and the location was perfect! Steps from the beach and quick ride over to Russell Island. Our flight home was delayed a million times and April yet again dealt with all of my texts and said stay as long as you need. Best host EVER! Thank you April and SW for a wonderful Spring Break!

Peaceful bliss
This was our second trip to the Bahamas since our honeymoon 50 years ago. Everything was as advertised. Very serene location with an easy 200 yard walk to water. Enjoyed the sunset routine daily at the gazebo. Felt extremely safe and enjoyed tooling around in the golf cart. The locals were friendly and welcoming. Host was great!

She was always there when we had questions and helped us get there, helped with our excursions, and when it came time to leave, she set up our transportation. It was a great time, we had nothing to worry about, we will recommend her and her property to friends and family. We will be back April!!! Great location in quiet neighborhood
The property is exactly as advertised and the hosts were responsive to our questions and needs. Arrival was super easy as our taxi and water taxi were pre-arranged. Beds, showers, and Internet were excellent during our stay. We were happy to be within walking distance of this beach, as we saw many people stopping with their golf carts just to come visit the swings. That said, there were always only a handful of other people with us. The beach view is stunning and the shallow water means you can wade out quite a ways looking for sea stars and other wildlife. Got awesome photos of the moon over the water from the pavillion. Used the kayak to paddle around and got to see a manatee by the bridge to Russell Island, which is also a short walk. It was very windy at the start of our stay and we felt fortunate to be in a protected area. Once you walked around the bend towards the long stretch of beach on the north, the sand was whipping in our face. I figure we got an extra beach day or two because of our protected location. It’s hard to tell from this listing but you *can* see the water from this house from the dining/kitchen table. It’s just a sliver, but it is there down the road and also between the houses across the street. Some more notes: the bedrooms and baths are practically identical. The full-size washer and dryer were a bonus. The pull-out couch is in the living room, but we did not use it as a bed so I can’t say how comfy it would be.

The name is accurate Paradise Found
Spanish Wells did not disappoint! Our family made so many lifelong memories on this island. The owners of the property took excellent care of us and made us feel like family. Meeting the locals was part of the magic of this place. They loved sharing their knowledge about sea creatures, the island and it’s history and their heritage. It is a very special place and absolutely beautiful.

Bahamas Charm
Our stay was delightful thanks to April making arrangements for us, answering all our questions promptly and having a charming home with all that we needed. The extra touch of having “johnny-cakes”was a wonderful surprise. The home was a perfect location for us. The only addition I would have liked was a nightstand table on both sides of the bed. We will be back!

Book it!
This property is awesome! Had two bedroom two baths kitchen and living room and front and side porch. The place was stocked. I do recommend bringing your own bar soap and shampoos. Glad they had beach towels so we didn’t have to bring them. The place was very clean. Air condition worked great. The faucet water was not salty as we heard some other people on the island complained about the other places they were renting. The golf cart was a must on this island. So glad it was included! Communication with owners was excellent. They really took care of all our needs and even arranged transportation for us too! We booked some of their tours as well, so be sure to ask about those. I highly recommend those as well. We had a great experience at this property. Perfect for one or two couples.

Girls’ Getaway
Absolutely loved this home for a 5-night mother/daughter trip with my daughter, her friend, and her mom. The bedrooms were equal and the living area was perfect for the 4 of us. The house is a 2-minute walk to the beach with the most beautiful sunset view on the island. April was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect!!

Paradise Found was great!
This was probably the most seamless stay we've had in a short term rental property. The owners provided great communication from the time the reservation was confirmed through our departure at the end of the week. The owners arranged for all transportation between the airport and the home, which was a huge deal, given that there was a taxi, a ferry, and another ride from the dock to the home. This was arranged for both our arrival and departure. We were very happy with this property and would recommend it to others.

Review Wow ! What a great spot. House is as shown and even better than pictures can portray. The house is so modern, clean and the layout perfect for our family or two couples. Each room own TV, & great internet. Extremely comfortable king beds. Kitchen well equipped. The Amenities provided ensure something to do all the time. We splurged on full day charter for visit to fun spots and some fishing for great fresh catch dinner! Our captain Dickie was fantastic. The house is in such a safe feeling area, with just a Short stroll down to beach, & nightly sunset view! We will be back!

Great stay at Paradise Found
From start to finish, April made our stay perfect despite some inclement weather. The taxi and ferry connections that April arranged for us were seamless. The house was a perfect fit for our family (four adults and two children). We loved the central location between Sandbar and Shipyard restaurants and being across the street from a great beach that we could walk on for a long distance without seeing any other people. Even when cool weather and strong winds interfered with our planned boat excursion, April helped us rearrange our plans to get out on the water early in the morning of our departure. Highly recommend a stay at Paradise Found.

Tyson and April were amazing hosts from the time that we booked our stay until we got on the water taxi to head back to the airport. There was never a detail that they didn't share or a text that they didn't immediately reply to. The house is literally minutes from everything - including one of the most beautiful beaches that you will experience. The water is gorgeous and the wildlife that you get to experience will take your breath away. My husband and I also took advantage of the charter service that Tyson and April offer. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO THIS! Captain Ruben was the best guide and we got to experience so many fun things while spending the day out with him. Overall, you will not be disappointed with your visit to Spanish Wells. The people are incredibly kind, the beaches are private and beautiful, and if you don't leave feeling relaxed you did something wrong.

My mom and I had such a great experience with April on this trip! The house is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. 2 nice sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The house was spotless and had a gorgeous kitchen. Having the golf cart was a really nice feature as well. Overall, we had an amazing experience staying at April and Tyson’s rental during our stay at Spanish Wells! We hopped a few islands within the Bahamas and my group all can agreed that staying at Spanish Wells was the best part of our trip! April was amazing as a host, she got us set up and her response rate for any requests or questions was impeccable! Another perfect vacation
This was my 6th time visiting Spanish Wells and renting from Tyson and April Newbold. It just gets better each time. The house was a perfect lay out and well stocked with everything and more than we needed. You can see the beach from the front porch! Excellent communication with owners whenever we had questions about anything,. The only thing I could possibly recommend for this property is a clothes dresser in the bedroom. Other than that it was another absolute perfect trip and I can't wait to come back next year!! Thank you Newbold's for everything. Much love from Ky !

Paradise Found lives up to its name!
Absolutely beautiful house, nicely decorated in a small neighborhood setting. The host was friendly, accommodating and responsive. 2 minute walk to endless secluded beach. Best place I've ever stayed in the Bahamas. Come here and you wont regret it!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights at Paradise Found, and it was exactly that…..Paradise! The house has a great location close to the beach, but everything on the island is only a few minutes away with the convenience of the included golf cart to get around in. What truly sets this property apart though is the host, April Newbold. April has seriously thought of everything and is one of the kindest and caring people we have ever met. She always responded to all our messages and questions within minutes and was always happy to help. Her hospitality made our vacation spectacular. We used the provided kayaks, paddle board, coolers, towels, beach chairs, etc. We also did a half day boat charter with April’s husband Tyman Charters and Adventures. We recommend to book a day with them! We swam with pigs, fed sea turtles, and snorkeled with reef fish. Everything was amazing! We will be back! Thank you April!

Paradise Found is an amazing property located on a very special island. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Paradise Found. Tyson and April are wonderful owners who are extremely attentive and will help you with anything you need. It was truly a stress free vacation. Wonderful beaches, community, and of course the ocean. Their home is perfect and cozy, just steps from the most amazing and felt like private beach! We went on a great excursion with Tyson and Breanna. Beautiful new home
This is a brand new home a block from the public park and beach. The home is extremely well made and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms each have a king sized bed with fairly firm memory foam mattresses, and there are two bathrooms. The kitchen/dining area is open and spacious. It has central air. Great to have a golf cart and kayaks provided. Tyler and April are perfect hosts who immediately answered my messages any time I had a question. My family had a great time on a half day reef fishing charter with Tyler, and caught lots of fish which were delicious. Spanish Wells is a quiet island, where the night life consists of a visit to the local drive-up ice cream place or a walk on the moonlit beach.

TRULY Paradise Found!
Can sum up our stay with one experience: Had a flat on the cart. In less than 30 minutes after Whats App'ing April had someone there, a new tire on and we were back on the road. This property is 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. Our hosts were right there to help make whatever arrangements we needed, including transportion to and from the airport. Booked a charter with Tyson and Breeanna (swimming with the pigs, feeding sea turtles and snorkeling). Top Notch! Breeanna's photography was excellent. The home and our hosts deserve more than 5 stars. Will definately try and stay here again if we come back to Spanish Wells.

Just finished up a week at Paradise Found. The name of this property does not disappoint! The location is prime and the house itself is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Tyson and April were amazing hosts and extremely responsive to any communication we sent. They made the stay very relaxing and stress-free. We wanted to make some beach-worthy frozen drinks but couldn't find a blender in the house. After a quick message to April asking if there was a blender, the next day a brand-new one was personally delivered by her! This was unexpected and totally above and beyond the norm...we would highly recommend this home! Thanks again to Tyson and April.

Paradise Found is Excellent!
"Very comfortable family stay! This Spanish Wells property was ready the moment we arrived. Everything was in great order. The home was more than adequate for our family of 4 and the location was so convenient, right across the street was beach access. We even had a golf cart which was very handy during our stay as we got to adventure around the island. We also took advantage of the owners charter options @tymanfishing to snorkel to see turtles & fish and the swimming pigs! They even take wonderful pictures of you on the charter. Thank you Tyson & Brianna! A definite must do!!! We had a few questions during our stay regarding seeing the island sights and April was quick to respond with great recommendations...Thanks Paradise Vrbo!!! We’ll be back again for sure!
