Great Property, Easy Check Out!
The check out process is basically make sure the garage door openers are inside and lock the door on your way out. If you stay at a lot of VRBO rentals you know that check out can be stressful. These folks do it right, they were also super helpful when I had questions and the property was clean and as described.

Beautiful Home, Quiet Location, Close to Everything!
We spent a couple nights here with our 3 teens while touring the local college. This home was amazing! Everyone had their own space, which our teens appreciated. And we really enjoyed spending time in the theater room. We were lucky to have warm February temps while visiting and the hot tub was perfect. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and had beautiful sunsets to wake up to outside the master bedroom. This place was perfect, we just loved it, the town of Spearfish, and the surrounding areas.

Wonderful
This was such a perfect stay! The kids had a blast with the video games and the hot tub. It’s super convenient to have access to parking in the garage! Everything was just so cozy and comfy and we honestly can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Black Hills Getaway
This property is the perfect little getaway for a couple or a large group. It has everything you need and the space makes you feel right at home. We will be staying here again and tell all of our friends about it as well!

perfect group getaway
Our group of 10 loved our stay! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was a great perk, too! Would definitely recommend this property!

Spearfish visit was fantastic!
What a great place, well stocked, clean and plenty of fun stuff to do. The hot tub was icing on the cake, hope to stay here everytime we come to visit our daughter! Thanx again Ryan!

Nice stay
It was a very nice home and had many useful amenities. The only thing I would say could make it better would be if the yard was fenced in. We had dogs and there was a neighbor dog that came into the yard and pooped. We cleaned up after it, but it wasn’t ideal.

Celebration of Life
We traveled to Spearfish for our mom’s celebration of life. Ryan’s home was perfect! Clean and beautiful which helped us through our emotional weekend. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend!

Family Get Away
The proximity to the I-90 was key for our planned daily activities. We visited all of the local attractions. The house is close to downtown Spearfish, a wonderful, quaint spot to explore. The house was a good fit for our family. We communicated a few repair needs to Ryan and he acted on them right away. Ryan and Lucas were very quick to respond to any questions we posed.

The perfect house !
I have visited this area many times but never rented through VRBO this was our first time. This house was everything we could have ask for in a rental. It is a beautiful house and has everything that the listing said it and more ! If you looking for a nice quiet relaxing stay this is the house for you. It’s located close to all the attractions in the Black Hills. Ryan and Luke the owners of this house are only a text or phone call away if you need anything from them. I would give this house a 5 star rating and will definitely rent it again next time I’m in the area !!

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood
The home and property were both very lovely. It was quite cold during our stay but the house was very well heated and super comfortable for us. Ryan was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and was helpful with everything that came up. The wifi was extremely powerful and reliable, which was very important to us, since we needed to work (including video conferencing). One of the best things was how well stocked the kitchen was with basic necessities, such as condiments, spices, and baking goods. Easy access to stores and interstates. We would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation Trip
We decided to stay here during our Vacation Trip. It was wonderful house very clean and welcoming. The owners set a welcoming Folder that had great information what's around the area and all that you needed. It's in a quiet neighborhood not to noisy. It had a great view of the mountains, it was gorgeous looking at it during sunset. The space was perfect for the family, it was super nice to come back after site seeing to relax back at the house. We loved it!!!

Had a wonderful time, plenty of room. Lots of wildlife, great places to eat! Beds were very comfortable. Only downside is the master bedroom gets a lot of highway noise. Balcony and outside seating were very relaxing. Would highly recommend for a large group!

Perfect in every way!
Perfect house, perfect location, perfect check-in and check-out. Nice neighborhood and the use of the 2 car garage was excellent. Nice correspondence with the owner. Would highly recommend staying here and we would stay again. Drove our motorcycles to all the parks and local attractions. The scenery is beautiful!!! Good eats at The Steerfish in Spearfish and Cheyenne Crossing at the south entrance of Spearfish Canyon.

Spacious home and great location
We had a great stay in this home. We had a multi-generational family vacation for a wedding in the area and this home worked perfectly! Each family set had their own area to be in with a couple of great living areas and a nice outdoor area to enjoy all together. The neighborhood was quiet, but very close to downtown shopping and eating. We didn't need to contact the host during our stay, but prior to our stay the host was super responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would stay here again if we were in the area.
