Pros: the room cleaniness and the staff kindness
Location: The location is good and the hotel is near to the expressway and a lot of restaurants and stores like bed bath & beyond, target and JC Penney.
It,s a very nice and comfortable hotel near to the expressway and a lot of restaurants and stores like bed bath & beyond, target and JC Penney. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood. The staff was very kind all the time .The room was very clean and the continental breakfast excellent. There are available waffles.links, omelets ,fruits, bread ,pastries, cereal, milk ,boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese, butter all that you need in the morning for a good breakfast and the most important for free. The free wifi connection also was very good. Big parking lot.

Great hotelPosted Oct 4, 2014
Cons: Bathroom needs updating.
Location: Was close to Metro line.
The staff was very welcoming and pleasent. The breakfast bar was very good quality. The complimentary shuttle to the Metro was a huge plus.

Hotel with too many flawsPosted Oct 1, 2014
Cons: Security, WiFi capacity, reception staffing
CONS: - Very noisy air condition - WiFi heavily underdimensioned and completely overloaded during the evening - It didn't felt safe to leave things in the room. Anyone can just enter the hotel via the side door and use the elevator to reach the rooms. Our room door looked like it has been opened at least once by force. - Friendly but heavily overloaded staff at the reception. Bring patience - Burn marks on the carpet in the non-smoking room PROS: - Price

Nice hotel with shuttle service to metro lines.Posted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: Good breakfast every day. We loved the shuttle service to the metro when we went to Washington, DC. Front desk personel were very helpful.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Springfield, VA. We even stayed an extra night to be able to see more sites in Washington DC. The shuttle service to and from the metro every day was a great plus!

Pros: Access to Washington Metro prevented having to drive or park in downtown Washington.
Very nice hotel. Good access to Washington Metro was a huge plus. Also good access to interstate highways (complicated, but that is not the hotel's fault).

Terrible servicePosted Sep 25, 2014
Cons: change the staff
I really hated this hotel I arrived there around 11PM, and I was dead tired the guy at reception was almost sleeping, and I could not understand what he is saying he put me in a smoking room, when I asked him to change it to non-smoking he said he has no rooms I had to leave and stay somewhere else after I checked out and booked a room in another motel, he said that he has a non-smoking room

Stated they had pool, but they used the pool at motel next door. Misleading and very small, not heated.

Pros: Location to where I was working.
Cons: Freshin up the rooms
Location: A lot of laces to eat are around.
Hotel stay was ok. Nothing special. The bathroom door in the room I stayed in need to be replaced. There was no A/C in the hallways.
