Our room was nice and clean and the waitstaff was very nice. We were very disappointed in the pool area and that there wasn’t a hot tub.

Nice location and relatively clean. Pool was a little cold and there is no sound dampening so with a few families in there, it’s almost deafening. Breakfast selection was great!

Unbeatable location
Great location and close to shopping area. It is just a 20 minute drive to mall of america. Room was clean and comfortable. Would probably stay at the same place on my next trip to Minnesota

You use too much air freshener in your rooms! It makes it very hard to breathe and is really obnoxious. Great layout and pretty quiet. Front desk staff was great and breakfast staff on Saturday was very welcoming and pleasant.

Great locatioin and great staff. Rooms a bit dated and the beds are not very comfortable. Good value though.

We enjoyed a quick trip for a medical appointment. Homewood Suites in St. Louis Park was an ideal spot and the accommodations were everything we wanted.

Quick drive into Minneapolis. Feels very safe and grocery, restaurants, and shopping are all very close. Can even walk to. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave good instructions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable

Hotel staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The hotel location itself was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Cities. A little tricky to navigate from the highway, but we figured it out with help from Siri.

Staff was very friendly. breakfast could have been hotter. Waffle iron need replacement. The timer was off. They have no certified tornado room. We saw twirling clouds but tornado didn't form. We hid in the hallway.

The staff was exceptionally wonderful at this Homewood. There were a few occasions of unruly behavior from other guests and they handled it with professionalism. They were also very friendly!

I had two other folks in my room and we ran out of toilet paper , towels and shampoo first day . We stayed three days. Room only cleaned and serviced every 4 days. Mold on tile in bathroom

Liked the service. Front desk lady was very nice. Did not like the cleanliness thou. There was a red color liquid all over the freezer and fridge when we first walked in but the front desk was quick to come clean it up. Made me a little more pickier during the rest of the stay. Didnt like that there wasn't a hot tub either. And unfortunately the ice machines on two of the floors didnt work but found one that did down on the first floor

We checked in 6/17/23 and the girl who’s working the front desk was literally the sweetest nicest person and greeted us with absolute niceness. This is our second time staying here anytime we are in St., Louis Park this is our hotel we go to. Can’t wait to be back again.

Room had many issues, and so did front desk
Room was dated and carpet Smelled horrible. Toilet ran the whole time unless you jiggled the handle each time you flushed. Kitchen sink was leaking. Water pressure in the shower was not great and half of it came out of the tub. Room was very dark and lighting was no good for putting on make up. Front desk accidentally checked us out a day early and also charged us for our room although we already paid through Hotels.com. Customer service at desk was not very helpful.
