Dear Catherine,Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Direct TV channel not showing basic stations like CBS and NBC. We have contacted Direct TV and were advised that it is a broadcaster and Direct TV contract issue that has not been resolved for commercial accounts. We are working with Direct TV to get the issue resolved urgently. Unfortunately, this is a nationwide issue for commercial accounts with Directv.
