The rooms are clean. No smoking is No smoking. Great one night stay.

We stayed at the studio z for three nights while visiting our son at fort Leonard Wood for family Day, and graduation. During our stay all of the staff were super helpful, the Continental breakfast was exceptional, the rooms and the hotel in general or super clean we would definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel.

When we got there to check there was a sign that we had to check in at another hotel to pick up our keycard for our room at the hotel we were staying at. The room was cold. Temp was 62 degrees and fridge was on low. Light in the bathroom mirror didn’t work. When we left there still was no one available for receipt. Would never stay here again!!! There was no breakfast either as advertised.

We do apologize for the inconvenience that you had during your stay. Our thermostats are always set between 62-64 degrees when our rooms are not in use. The guest is able to set the thermostat for any temp when they arrive to the room. Apon investigating the bathroom mirror light, we found it is working correctly with no issues. You were also a prepaid customer, which means you paid the third-party site when you booked the room. The third-party site you booked with is responsible for sending your receipt to you. We do not have access to those receipts. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to get another chance to serve you in the future!

What a wonderful surprise this hotel is. Everything is fabulous. The complimentary breakfast was unbelievable. Scrambled eggs, waffles, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and, of course, all the other stuff. Coffee was available 24/7. The room is very clean and modern. The shower head spun in slow circles. Very cool.

The room was a good size for 2 people, the beds were comfortable. Front desk lady was helpful and friendly. Went to the Z bar and grill both nights that we stayed in the hotel. The food was great and the staff is amazing.

Better off somewhere else
Was very disappointed that the pool was closed and was not mentioned so kids where pissed. Also bar was closed and was not mentioned so me and the wife where pissed. Selling points for me to go to this hotel sucked. No microwave in the room. Staff was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was better then some of the other hotels i have stayed in.

We do apologize for any inconveniences you may of had while staying at our hotel. As stated on the booking site, our pool is outdoor and seasonal. Public seasonal outdoor pools open on Memorial Day and close on Labor Day, which falls at the beginning of September. Your stay was booked in October. Clean room, bargain rate.
In a bargain hotel it has to be clean, and Studio Z is very clean. Good price, friendly and helpful check-in clerk, and good amenities in the small room, I will stay here again.

The woman who checked us in was very nice. Very personable and efficient at her job. It was very refreshing after a king day of driving. Also, we just had breakfast at there FREE breakfast and the woman working this morning is so nice and friendly! She had some great advice for some places we could go. The room was small but perfect for an overnight stay. Excellent price too!!
