Cowpet Bay West condo
This condo did not disappoint! From the comfortable accommodations to the location on the beach, this condo comes equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (except food), coolers, rafts and towels for the beach. The condo is also located a couple of miles from Red Hook which has many tasty restaurants and the marina where you can catch the ferry. Holly the host is easy to work with and provides a plethora of information about the condo and local activities. Our favorite restaurants in Red Hook were- Pesce for Italian food and Agave for Mexican, both were excellent. Highly recommend taking the ferry to St. John and visiting Trunk and Maho Bays. On St. Thomas, make sure to go to Magens Bay, but coordinate your visit on a day there aren’t any cruise ships. Saphire beach, close to the condo was beautiful and had a good beach bar/restaurant.

Perfect Paradise
Holly is a superior host! Holly proactively communicated a beautiful online Welcome Book which provided all the fine details we needed to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived. She always welcomed questions and responded timely both prior to our stay and during our stay. The property is cozy with everything you need to enjoy your time at the condo, on the beach, or by the pool. We loved the screened in balcony! It was perfect in the morning while relaxing with coffee or in the evening enjoying a cocktail. Restaurants/Bar right now the beach were easy to get to and delish! This mom and dad had an amazing and relaxing stay and we would choose this again on our next trip to STT!

So Relaxing!
With the close proximity to crystal blue waters and two restaurants in walking distance, we found it hard to pry ourselves from this location to go explore. Nicely appointed condo, few minor blips but nothing major. Holly was always available with a prompt response. Everyone agreed we would come back and stay at this exact location again. Book a Sunset cruise, super fun.

St. Thomas Paradise
The unit was better than the description. We had two couples staying the week. Although we ate out most meals, we did cook breakfasts, one dinner and some reheating. There were plenty pots and pans including granite stone non stick. There was an ample supply of coffee K-Pods. The furniture was clean and comfortable with a couch and two recliners in the living room and two recliners in the garden bedroom. There was two tables, one inside and one on the screened in covered patio both seating four. Our wives loved all the pillows on the beds. Personally one is enough for me. Both of us guys have back issues so mattresses are crucial. When I first sat on the bed and felt how soft the mattress was I thought for sure I would be sleeping on the couch. To my surprise the mattress was very comfortable and neither one of us had a problem. The view out the front was amazing!! Palm trees, beach and ocean with several shades of blue. Once you exited the unit your feet were in the ocean in under two minutes. Being an inclosed bay the waves were minor and the water was in the 80's. The one major complaint we had is that the time went by way too fast. I should of booked more than the one week.

Island Getaway
The property was beautiful. One of our well traveled guests said it was the nicest he has seen. Everything is there on the resort. Restaurants, beach, beautiful harbor, amazing views both day and night, pool. Holly was a fantastic host, responding to all my txts within minutes. I cannot think of anything to complain about. It was just wonderful. We expect to be back!

Exceptional place on St Thomas!!
Absolutely the very best place to stay on St Thomas! Calm beautiful beach that is peaceful and family friendly. Condo is very very well equipped, every dish or utensil or cup or appliance you could need! Washer dryer looked new! Best view of beach, water, islands from veranda! Screened in veranda made sitting outside better than all of the other condos! Fans everywhere but great ac for night time sleeping! Holly is the best!!! Hope we get to come back! Cowpet Bay beats all the other areas!

An absolute gem.
The location was ideal! You are only steps away from the beach, two fantastic restaurants, and close by to catching a ferry to St. John. We rented a car from the airport and traveled throughout the island…the scenery is magnificent! Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo, perfect location
The home is beautiful and the beach, with 2 on-sight restaurants, pool, bar, chairs, sun, shade and plenty of space, is literal steps from the front door. Red Hook is so convenient, only 5 mins away with shopping, restaurants, bars and the ferry terminal. Holly is immediately responsive and very helpful. You should definitely rent this condo!

Everything listed in the summery was accurate. Anything you need you will find in this condo. Pool and beach were not crowded at all this time of year. Plenty of restaurants in Red Hood to choose from. 5 min drive. I would definitely come back again.

Great location and wonderful amenities
Property is well described in the listing. Right around the corner from the Red Hook ferry and lots to do in the area. You really don't have to leave the neighborhood. Two great restaurants and tiki bar was so much fun! Highly recommend!

Beautiful relaxing much needed vacation !
Hollys beach front property is exactly as advertised ! The condo is very well stocked. You can tell Holly has put a lot of thought in making her guests have an enjoyable stay. Gorgeous calm, blue water ,beach just feet from the property. 2 restaurants on the beach within very close proximity. Other very good restaurants within 5 min of property , along with other very nice beaches u can visit. This property is very convenient to all attractions and airport. Super comfie beds as well !! 🌴

The best part of this condo is the location! The balcony is a bit outdated but other than that, it is the perfect place for a family to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Holly was a great host and was always quick to respond.

The patio furniture and rugs are new as of August 2022. The furniture is Woodard Cortland, which is expensive furniture. The screens and frames were also all replaced August 2022. Not sure what you feel is "outdated"?

Beautiful little gem.
Very comfortable home. Super easy access to the beach. Flotation devises were an extra plus. It was wonderful to float in the calm waters (for hours). Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all and anything we needed. There was even a cooler to use for the beach. You were close to many great restaurants, in walking distance. Red Hook was 5 min away with a food store and many other restaurants. Holly did have a parking spot; if we chose to rent a car. Most likely would next time. Taxi rides were quite expensive. $12.00/person/one way. A 5 min trip to Red Hook, (3 passengers) round trip, costs over $60.00. Regardless, Holly was a great host and would recommend her home 100%.

Holly’s unit is literally steps from the beach. We loved the proximity to the beach and the two restaurants that are real close. The unit was fully equipped and pictured accurately on the site. We would come back here again in a second without thought!

Senior Trip
We visited the ISVI for my youngest daughter’s senior trip. The accommodations were in a good location, clean and the owner thought of so many minor details that greatly improved our stay from items needed in the condo to where to go for dinner. Communication with the owner was seamless and they were always available for questions related to local customs and any thing else we randomly thought of. Beachfront property with great views and close to the car ferry to St John. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay right on the water!
I am so happy we chose this rental. It was a perfect size for the four of us with two comfortable king size beds. The kitchen was very well equipped (more than I have seen with other rentals on the mainland). The owner was communicative and easy to get ahold of and left a great visitors book with hints about the island. The WiFi was excellent and there were three AC units which is really good for the amount of space. The amenities were perfect as well. You walk directly out to the beach (this was perfect for us because we could switch off with the kids), there is a really nice, big pool and hot tub and it stays open late. There was a bar poolside but also a beach bar with great food and drinks a two minute walk away. It is w/in 10 min of another beach (Lindquist beach) which was beautiful. We would love to come back again and stay here - it was the perfect combination of having space to spread out but with a resort like feel.

This is our 7th time at Cowpet Windward and we are always happy with their condos. Holly's condo has two king beds, and we appreciate the great view as well. Everything worked in the condo. There was enough paper supplies so we didn't have to get anything for a week. Nice to have remotes on the lights, ac units and fans. We will be back.

Absolutely Wonderful
For our 1st time visit to St. Thomas, we picked the best condo on the island. For 2 couples in their 70's, world travelers, this condo provided everything we needed + more. Beautifully decorated, direct view of the beach, owner responses were practically immediate, wonderful restaurant on property - Carribean Fish Market, so close to the Red Hook Ferry and many other restaurants and beaches. Wish we would have spent more than 4 nights! We even got the hang of driving on the left - drivers were very considerate and the locals were always helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, clean well stocked and furnished condo and yes, directly on the beach! Beds were very comfortable & pillows abound. Easy to walk to beachside & finding beach chairs. Supplied beach towels were plenty and large size. There's a well equipped kitchen and full size washer & dryer. Felt safecwalking area condo complex. Would happily rebook this condo when visiting St Thomas. The owner, Holly, was quick to reply to text inquiries before & during our stay. About 5 minutes to Red Hook. Nothing to due with condo but Sangria restaurant was closed all day Sunday. TheCaribbean Fish Market Sunday open 10-2 with brunch menu only. Plus Fish Market bar also closed 2--5pm. Thank you Holly. Your a great hostess

Wonderful getaway!!
We were 2 "old" couples, getting away from the cold January Georgia weather. Condo was perfect.....EVERYTHING one could possible need, was there. Just a few steps to a lovely quiet small beach.....snorkeling right there in front of condo. Two great restaurants on property...about a 5 minute walk. Owner, was always available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely perfect!
We had a wonderful four night stay and loved everything about the condo, the property, restaurants and location. Holly has done everything to make the stay perfect! Little details throughout were perfect and we loved how she made it like your own cozy home. The unit itself is the best on the beach and the screened in porch is fantastic. Not many units have a screen. The restaurants were both great as we had breakfast and lunch at Sangria’s. Service was great and waitstaff was very friendly. Dinner at Caribbean Fish Market was great and brunch on Sunday delicious. We would absolutely stay again!

Paradise Condo
The condo is spacious, clean, modernized/updated, and exceptionally well stocked with everything to make your stay feel like you are at home. Holly was an excellent host, she answered all of our questions in advance and even during our stay. The condo is the closest to the beach of any condo on the property, which made it easy and fast to access the beach, pool, and 2 onsite restaurants. And the view from the condo is absolutely stunning. The beds are comfortable. The wifi is steady and reliable. The showers are updated with a modern style and strong water pressure and steady hot water. The kitchen is fully stocked, it is clear that Holly went to great pains to cover every detail for a fully stocked condo. The A/C worked great, there are three separate units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room that operate easily with remote controls. They all worked great and kept us cool and comfortable during our entire stay. The patio is absolutely delightful and it is enclosed with screens that keep any flies our mosquitoes out. The TVs are large flat screens equipped with satellite and streaming services. The condo complex is very quiet and the beach area is not crowded. Most of the visitors appeared to be owners, residents, or regular guests. It was not "touristy" like a resort, which was great because everyone went about their own business and weren't posing on the beach or taking selfies. Be sure to also visit the beach at night, as it is well lighted, safe, and beautiful. All in all, if you are looking for a private, quiet stay in St. Thomas with all the amenities of home and the amenities of a resort, this is it. We would absolutely rent here again.

Great stay on St. Thomas
The villa was perfect for our vacation. It was spacious, with large bedrooms and living room and a very nice kitchen. The unit is well equipped with lots of thoughtful items including beach towels, bug spray and sunblock, and some beach toys and floats. The location just steps from the beach is wonderful. We enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub, and we loved having the two restaurants right on the beach. We were able to spend our evenings right there instead of driving to have dinner. Everyone loved staying at this property.

Perfect spot!
The condo was excellent! So much better than a tiny hotel room! Liked that the rooms were on opposite sides of condo and our 12 year old could have her own space and bathroom! Loved all the little touches, very comfortable, quiet, great location and just steps to the beach. We loved being close to the restaurants, pool and Red Hook! We enjoyed the screened in lanai and having our own full kitchen. Holly was very proactive making sure we had all the info and details we needed. We had a wonderful vacation!

Excellent experience! Perfect Location!
This location of this condo is pure perfection! It is steps from the crystal clear waters and a beautiful beach. Holly is a great host and was very responsive to all of our questions prior and during our trip. The 2 restaurants on the property are both delicious and we enjoyed the Red Hook restaurants as well. You can call for a taxi and it only cost $5 a person plus tip (they only take cash) to ride down to Red Hook. The beds in the condo were very comfortable and Holly provides everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable including beach towels and snorkel gear. We did find the master bedroom did get much warmer at night than the rest of the condo so just leave the doors open and that helps a lot. Overall, a perfect stay and highly recommend! Can't wait to visit again!

Mandi, I am so sorry you were warm in the bedroom. There is a mini-split A/C for that room that works off a remote control. I had no idea you didn't know that was there. Because this bedroom has it's own separate A/C you can have the temperature in the bedroom as you like without affecting anyone else. I am looking forward to your return visit and happy that you enjoyed your stay!!

Spectacular!
The property was gorgeous and the location was perfect. Ocean front with screened porch and terrific views. The condo was amazing, very spacious. Fully stocked kitchen, if one wants to cook on vacation, plenty of towels, pool floats, cooler and other goodies that make a beach trip perfect. When we go back to St. Thomas we will stay there again. Holly the host is amazing, very accommodating and helpful. Lots of good ideas of "to dos" while on the island.

Excellent location - great beach access. Close to restaurants. Safe, convenient location.
The kitchen was well stocked. The neighbors were friendly. The only negative comment I have is that the bathrooms could use some updating. We have a great time and will be back.
