Hi louis. Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the stairs to the beach were not convenient for you. You could have always driven down there from the next driveway if you didn't want to take the steps. Most of the pictures show that it the second tier of condos.

You guys could have driven down to the beach if you thought the steps were too much. There's a driveway right outside of our complex that takes you straight down to the beach. Hi Nancy. Thank you for the 5 star review. I am sorry that you had some inconveniences while you were there. That water heater was only about a month old. We were there the week before you and it worked fine. The new one apparently may need a higher voltage wiring. I have a new electrician coming tomorrow. I checked the security from Monday when the bug guy was there. He was only there for 5 minutes and I saw a full view of him leaving and all he was carrying was his pest control canister. And I checked to see if the outside painters were there for three mornings and only one day showed up on security. We do have workers painting outside railings continually so maybe that is what you saw. You guys left on Saturday and there were no painters on security at all that day. I hope you enjoyed the weather and sunshine and loved your trip even with the interruptions. Thank you for your review. Rosie

Thank you for your review Donna. You guys were great guests. The seaweed is out of my control but it happens every spring. It doesn't last long but you just happen to be there when it was there. And we never know exactly when it's going to be. I hope you enjoyed your stay! Rosie

Hi Mindy I got your review and thank you for your compliment. The problem with the beach is that every spring there is this seaweed that washes ashore and there's nothing we can do about it but rake it up and haul it away. It only last about 3 weeks but it does have a nasty smell. Hopefully it'll be gone soon. And as far as rocks go maybe you were at the wrong part of the beach because right where we go it's totally Sandy. Maybe you were over by the yacht club more? We are glad you love the condo and I hope you enjoyed your vacation and come back to St Thomas in the future. Thank you for choosing us. Rosie

Ned, you are the best guests I've ever had. Even with the work being done on the upstairs condo and the washing machine part not coming in in time you were so accommodating and wonderful and just delightful. I am 67 and I like that I get some excersize by using the stairs but those that don't want or can't can just as easily jump in their car and drive straight down to the beach in one minute. Maybe you were unaware of that. I always hope that guest communicate their needs while they are there while on vacation. Hi Annissa. Thanks for your review. I addresses the sand issue with the cleaning lady. We always get good reviews on the cleanliness of the condo so I was glad you informed us. Also the shower heads need to be tilted more toward the wall as it is a glass block shower and if the water pressure is set too high it will splash out of the opening. My cleaning lady brings her own mop and the one in the closet is only for guests to use so I am not sure why you would have smelled anything. I would have had her come back if I had known earlier. I am sorry for any inconvenience. I hope you enjoyed your stay and consider us in the future if you vacation on St. Thomas again! Rosie

Thank you for your nice review.. When you were there we were having issues with trash pick up. We hired somebody to pick up the trash but now it's been changed. We now have trash pick up at the end of both leeward and winward way. I am sorry about the mosquito issue but it might have rained a lot. I'm not sure but definitely definitely in the tropics we get late afternoon mosquitoes and sand flies if you are on the beach ...and we're on the beach. It sounds like you are happy with most of the trip and the trash pick up has been remedied And now I have to pray real hard for the mosquitoes to never come back :)
