Best part of our trip.

Great condo and location
We loved our stay here. The unit was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Having the option to eat in rather than eat out all week was key for us. The kitchen has great cookware, utensils etc, making this really easy. Our host was so attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions. Cowpet bay is quiet, has a really nice beach, good snorkeling along the sides (we rented gear for the week from a local shop), and a restaurant right on the beach, a short stroll away. Our teenage boys loved the beach, pool and having their own room and space. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect!
Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Having the beach and pool nearby allowed for us to have a couple of relaxing low key days. The location is very convenient to Redhook for dinner/entertainment and to catch the Ferry to St. John. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio every evening. The communication from Keshri was excellent. Always available to answer questions as we planned for the trip and while we were on location. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Sun kissed serenity. The place was everything advertised. The view was awesome and the outdoor patio was perfect. The condo was very well stocked. We did not cook because we like to eat out on vacation, but the kitchen was had everything you need. Our host thought of everything. Appreciated the extras such as bug spray and sunscreen. The area is beautiful and very convenient to red hook. Would very much like to go back.

Little slice of heaven
Sunkissed Serenity was just what we were looking for. Well appointed, gorgeous condo with amazing views that kept us entertained the entire trip! We visited a few other beaches but Cowpet was the best in the area. Beautiful palm trees, wide sandy beach. Keshri is a fantastic host. She has everything you need, beach chairs, pool toys,sunscreen, beach towels. Not to mention the spice cabinet and grill!

Wonderful place, gorgeous views
Could not have been better! Deck looks right out over the bay for morning sunrises. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Condo was perfect for 2 couples-King beds in both rooms, all the amenities taken care of (towels, beach towels, even bug spray if you need it at night). It even looks like the host had recently redid both bathrooms, both looked brand new. Our host was always available, asking if we needed anything, & checked on us during our stay😀 Lots of great restaurants in the Cowpet Bay area; 5 minute drive to get to the ferry to get to St John. Came down for our 25th anniversary with our best friends, and the week was fantastic! Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay with Sunkissed Serenity. Everything we needed was ready at the condo. Location was great for food, activities and relaxation on site. We felt safe and the beach is steps away. Oceanview was beautiful on the patio. We received all needed support from our host. Definitely great location to catch a ferry over to St. John, a must do. I was worried about weather but it was beautiful with clouds on and off but the sun always came out. If you are looking for a relaxing environment to stay with quick access to fun, look no further. Looking forward to a future return.

Island Gem in St. Thomas
Our week-long stay in this beautiful St. Thomas property was a dream come true. The immaculate, well-equipped home with its tasteful decor welcomed us into a true island paradise. We loved this condo! It was spacious, clean and had an amazing view with a large balcony. My teenage daughter and son loved it. The beach is secluded and quiet with clear water. The pool is big and fun to swim in. There are a couple of restaurants on the beach. The location is fantastic! Very close to Red Hook. The grocery store is a short drive. The owner is very attentive and easy to reach. We borrowed beach chairs and beach umbrella. I could go on and on about how great it all was. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. (We would also consider buying our own condo in the same complex!) We thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of rum welcome gift! Thank you!! We were delighted to be your guests!

Quaint paradise!
The condo is located perfectly on the property to allow you a majestic view of the yachts in the harbor. Very quiet, too. Beautiful upkept landscaping. Awesome double balcony for sipping coffee in the am and wine in the evening. We come from WI so mosquitoes weren’t a bother to us… I saw ONE…. we’re used to getting attacked by them at night at home.. 🙂 We were about a five minute walk from family staying directly at the Elysian. We were able to have a night cap at night on the beach before heading up to our condo. Both restaurants on site are amazing! We had every appliance, utensil, towel, laundry and dish supply located at our finger tips…. we loved the secure keypad entrance with no need to juggle keys…. very spacious for four individuals and could comfortably hold two more….. nice to be able to use what others have left…. coffee, sunscreen, etc. $15 cab ride for two to RedHook’s shops and restaurants was convenient. Jeff “I” the resort driver is a definite must for pick up to and from the airport…. he’s prompt and gives you a great tour along the way! Truly a gem! Thank you, Keshri! Definitely a great value….Your prompt answers were always appreciated! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!💕

Keshri was a great host! We communicated before the trip. When she found out we had 2 year old she had pak n play and high chair waiting for us. Both bedrooms had king size beds and their own bathroom. A closet loaded bath and beach towels, and a closet loaded with everything you need for the beach. And the kitchen was loaded with spices, sauces, paper towels. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous stay in St. Thomas
What a beautiful and well-equipped property! We have had quite a few issues in the past with VRBO rentals, but that was not the case with Sunkissed Serenity. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (plus extra). The views were spectacular, though it is a bit of a long walk to the pool/beach/restaurants. We didn't mind the walk, but it is something to keep in mind if you're not overly mobile. Keshrie was responsive and easy to get in touch with as well. The furnishings were comfortable, and she includes so many little extras to make sure your stay is pleasant. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in St. Thomas!

Amazing stay in Cowpet Bay!
My family and I just returned from a six-night stay at Sunkissed Serenity and couldn't say enough good things about the condo or location. It's a beautiful, clean condo with a wonderful balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen was well stocked for us to enjoy some meals in, but there are also two excellent restaurants in walking distance - Sangria and the Carribean Fish Market. The property itself is very beautiful with a nice beach, and access to a great pool next door at the Elysian Resort. Keshri was incredibly responsive with any questions that I had and takes great pride in making sure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest. We hope to be back sooner than later!

Sunkissed Serenity is the perfect stay in St. Thomas and will exceed your expectations!
Sunkissed Serenity is an amazing property on the East end of St. Thomas. Is is conveniently located by Red Hook to be able to easily catch a Ferry ride over to St. Johns for a day trip, or catch a charter boat for snorkeling. The property is amazing and the proximity to the beach in Cowpet Bay and the amenities that the owners provide will make your vacation completely relaxing. You will want for nothing, the owners have thought of everything! Keshri is the most attentive host we have ever dealt with on VRBO. Her response time is unbelievably quick and she is quick to answer questions before or during your stay. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable for adults, and the entire location delivers on relaxation. You cannot go wrong booking this property and experiencing the attention to detail and care offered by Keshri and Ed.

2nd Time Still the Charm
In 2018 we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sunkissed and upon our revisit to the Island this property was a priority for our return. And the second time around was equally perfect. First and foremost, one will never have a better rental experience with a Unit Owner as Keshri. She is amazingly friendly, very prompt on your inquiries and immediately handles any issues. Our first morning unfortunately we had a broken coffee decanter, and by the afternoon, a whole new coffee maker was delivered. She’ll answer any questions or make recommendations on things to do, where to dine, and even offers a listing private drivers you can choose from for your excursion activities. Twice now we have used Jeffi, and one won’t find a friendlier, more considerate man on the Island. Since he lives quite a distance from the property, for short hops to Red Hook, we recommend East End Taxi that is very quick to respond to your needs. The condo comes exactly as advertised. Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, shampoo, seasonings, coffee and filters all provided as well as plenty of linens and beach towels. Only tip we can provide is to be sure to bring some insect spray if you’re lounging on the beach. No problems around the unit or the pool, but for some reason there were some spots on the beach that were a little irritating. The Caribbean Fish Market is a must do, and we found ourselves at the recently remodeled Sangria’s Bistro right on the beach numerous evenings for tasty meals, good drinks while watching night fall on the water. Ask for Billy from Dublin, Ireland. He was a hoot. You will enjoy your experience and stay at this property. Down the road, I’m sure we’ll be reaching out again to Keshri for another very enjoyable stay in St. Thomas. Thank you Keshri for a great time! Jim and Lynn Las Vegas, Nevada

We stayed for a week and loved the location, right by the beach, and the wonderful view of the yacht club activity. The condo area was very quiet, the king bed was very comfortable, and the condo was well stocked with any items that you might need. Everything was super clean. Wifi was fast. We enjoyed Sangria's for an early supper and felt safe everywhere on the island as the mask requirement is followed by all. The owner responds promptly to any questions. Great vacation!

Well-equipped condo with wonderful amenities
We enjoyed our stay at Sunkissed Serenity very much. The condo is equipped with everything you need and more. The views are spectacular. The proximity to, and access to the beach and pool make this a perfect place to stay on the East End. Our one negative, as others have mentioned, is the thermostat that resets to 78 every 8 hours and can only go as low as 72. While this was not a huge deal to us, the couple staying with us was quite irritated with it. We live in Florida and are used to warm weather but the condo did seem quite warm at times. I did finally ask the owner if we could get the condo a bit cooler and she immediately adjusted the thermostat to go lower. There are a lot of rules, most of which are common sense, but there are pages and pages of them. The owner was very responsive for both questions and issues. They also have a nice notebook full of information for lots of activities, restaurants, etc. on the island.

We have 77 reviews- aside from your mention of temperature, there was only one other review who felt our home was a bit warm. We addressed your request within 5 minutes of being brought to our attention- just tell us and we will adjust, no problem 😊 Glad that everything was okay after we adjusted the temps and we hope that anyone booking a personal home in the USVI can understand that our temperature resets every 8 hours because electricity costs 3x more on the island than it does in the States, and many times, guests have left the AC running very cool when not in the unit for the day. When the thermostat reset after the 8 hour mark, just lower again and the home will cool down again. Our rental agreement includes detailed information for both guests and homeowners alike, to be on the same page. It includes your check-in information, our home address, guest contact info, owner contact info, cancellation policy, hurricane information, trash service, swimming pool information, home rules, USVI Covid guidelines etc.. This is all provided in advance so that our guests do not have to worry about interrupting their vacation to call/reach out to us with any questions. Hope this helps, thank you again.

Great location/View
Sunkissed Serenity was the perfect condo in the perfect location for our vacation. Keshri was so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly whenever I had a question for her. From initial booking to check out, she made it a very stress free process. The place was very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need. We spent as much time as possible on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views and the gentle breeze. Having such a nice beach with chairs, food and drink all within walking distance was a huge perk! We were too late to rent a car so Keshri provided us with names of drivers who could help us throughout the week...Jeffi was the best tour guide and so reliable and friendly - I highly recommend using him instead of dealing with your own car. We hope to be able to visit Sunkisssed Serenity again soon!!

Perfect slice of paradise
Perfect location. Excellent view. My wife and I and our three tall teens slept comfortably every night. We really appreciated all the accommodations and amenities. Keshri thought if everything. My only critique would be to keep the thermostat just a tad cooler as it would get a little warm some nights. Also, don’t forget to wear your bug spray. Other then that, we had a wonderful time. This place exceeded our expectations! Spectacular views and the perfect location. Communication with Keshri was wonderful. She had rapid responses and was always available to answer any questions. Great place to stay in St Thomas!
The property was just as listed. It was very well furnished, especially the little things that travelers sometimes need but forget to pack, like hand soap or detergent. The views were spectacular! Very easy to reach the owner and take care of any issues that might arise. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but close to amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in St Thomas. .

Loved it!
Sunkissed Serenity was amazing. Close to Red Hook and numerous beaches. A short walk to the private beach, great pool, and Fish Market restaurant. The view is gorgeous, the condo is quiet, clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated. From the abundance of linens, "hotel" toiletries in case you forgot something, well-stocked kitchen (so many spice options), and beach supplies we were prepared for anything that we wanted to do on the island. Keshri was quick to answer any question and offer suggestions for activities. She had the pull out bed made up for us and the pack n play all set up when we got there. We were greeted with a welcome note, a bottle of rum and juice for the baby! Her attention to detail was fantastic and made for a perfect stay.
