The staff was welcoming. The room was large and provided two separate spaces. It’s about a 10 minute drive to OSU and plenty of dining options.

The breakfast I would rate 1 Star. Very below average. Eggs were “military” grade. No bread for toast. Breakfast sandwiches were frozen. The experience was very poor.

The hotel is very new and the people that work there are very kind and helpful. A few reasons for the 4 star was the couch in our room had some embedded dirt or food on it. There was no hot coffee or water when we came down for breakfast at 7:30a. I did ask the attendant and it was taken care of but keep the coffee plentiful and constant. Otherwise it is quiet and has great, comfortable beds.

Within moments of checking in, we informed the desk that our cabinet door was broken and hanging off the hinge. It was never repaired. There were several other maintenance issues that were never addressed. Also, we asked to have housekeeping service, but It was only done once during our stay.

No complaints about this hotel! I try to stay here when I travel to this destination if I can. This may seem trivial, but the TV Is easier to figure out than many I’ve experienced. Sometimes it’s the little things that get noticed.

Our room was clean and ready upon late arrival. The keyless entry was not available but, there was no way for us to receive that information until arrival at the hotel. I tried chatting w/staff using the app and received no reply.

Shampoo and soap dispenser fell off the wall in shower while trying to use. Could hear LOTS of noise from other rooms all night long. The rooms were very nice but it was just noisy and bathroom hardware was not installed correctly. Toilet paper holder was very loose also.

The property itself is quite nice however when we arrived and were checked into a room housekeeping still had the doors security locked open (with the housekeeping wedges for cleaning) and hadn’t quite finished leaving us and our neighbor having to stand outside awkwardly and find a way into the room once it was confirmed it was open for us.

The hotel was setback off the main road. The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and very clean. For breakfast they served eggs, sausage and lots of other breakfast choices. Overall, I would stay here again.

We stayed at this property a few years ago when it first opened. It's reliable and easy distance to OSU, but it seems as it's deteriorating quickly. The lobby has an unclean scent, there was water damage on the ceiling in our room and the bathroom was clean, but unimpressive. Hopefully, management will be able to remedy the property so it has more life in Stillwater as a viable option to stay.
