I appreciate the security guard that we had I think on Friday and Saturday nights. I do wish there were more "live staff " but understand the cost of running a place like this . However, I did get a smaller room than expected, not like the picture with this evaluation . But it was clean and OK,. I like the location , and now that I have stayed several times, the process is easier when I check in.

I recently stayed at your Aparthotel that left a lot to be desired. Firstly, the room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. In addition, the hotel did not have a reception desk, which meant that every time I needed something, I had to call the staff. This made the whole experience quite inconvenient. Another issue I had with the hotel was that I had booked a room for four people, but when I arrived, there was only enough bedding for three. I had to call the staff to bring an extra set of bedding, which was not possible. To make matters worse, there were some guests smoking weed outside the hotel, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. The hotel was also not very child-friendly. There were no activities or facilities for children, and the overall atmosphere was not suitable for families. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, the inconvenience of having to call the staff for everything, and the unsuitable atmosphere for families made for a less-than-pleasant experience. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean and family-friendly, this is not the place for you.

Hi Johan, the room you booked was "1 bedroom apartment for 3". This means there are beds for 3 guests. 2 single beds and 1 bed sofa. All this information is clearly stated when you are placing the reservation. Also, it's clearly described that it's a contactless facility without any need of meeting someone in order to make a smooth check-in.Of course we understand that the cleaning was not enough and we have been taking this further with the cleaning company.

The property wasn’t as big as the pics advertised nor and bright and white inside. The bedroom was quite small with no windows. with the two beds inside there wasn’t any room to do anything really beside enter the room and get on the bed. However, the apartment was very clean, no noise, walking distance from the shopping center and in a quiet area. I would stay here again.

Close to the subway and Kista mall with plenty of good shopping and dining. The Hotel has good neat well designed efficiencies. Clean and organized,. Downstairs there is an exercise room , sauna . Area to play Ping-Pong. I have stayed here several times and I like staying here. Please bring back breakfast! It was good to have that here.

Thank you for a good workout room, you also have a great sauna! Staff friendly and courteous. I appreciate the good breakfast and that you have, and that coffee is available through about 9pm. I also like your studio style rooms , airy and light . Bed is comfortable. Improvements: The hallway carpets could be changed to hard flooring , so it does not get stained. Also, some quality control on vacuuming in the rooms could help to bring up my score to excellent in cleanliness.

If you have to stay at Kista this is a good place to stay. Few minutes from subway giving you access to the city centre in good 20 minutes. Local neighbourhood is a business area. Hotel room was very nice, with kitchenette.

Careful - StayAt will double charge your cred card
I had prepaid through Hotels.com. When I checked in they asked for my card for incidentals. Instead they charged my card for two nights that were already prepaid. They admitted their mistake and said they would take care of it but now they refuse to do so.

Apartment-like setting
Staff were very nice, friendly, and very helpful. We stayed two nights - attending a nearby conference. Comfortable setting, though we were on the ground floor and the windows were frosted and not openable for privacy and security reasons, which would have bothered us more if we had stayed longer. Lots of conference attendees, so breakfast was a mob scene - but, since we were in Sweden, a pretty polite mob. Quirks of the room, which was set up like a studio apartment: you had to leave the key card in the little station by the door for the lights to work, but if some of the main light switches were turned off, all the lights timed out after 5 minutes and all went dark. Not so great when you’re in the windowless bathroom taking a shower... recycling containers under sink, but no info on what was recyclable... no comfortable reading chair in the room And, unless you are there for a specific reason there is not much to see or do (or eat) in Kista.

Not a business hotel
This is not a hotel really. This is like an air BnB location. The rooms are like a hotel with a kitchenette. which is nice. They are clean. The building is normal minimalist Sweden. That said, it ONLY has breakfast available. No lunch or dinner available at all. No bar. Just a few soda options. No sundry shop (forget your converter? bummer). The room is NOT cleaned daily without an extra charge. You get one set of towels. Others are extra. Hungry for dinner? Get walking. The mall is about .5 miles away. It is very nice. Has restaurants and such. But I was here on a work trip. After work, I want to come home. Have dinner and a drink, and go to sleep. So the place fits certain needs. Just not the way I travel for business.

Thank you for your review. It is true we are an Apartment Hotel Service, most guests stay with us for a longer period of time, hence the apartments. If you are new to this concept I can understand it is a bit different. Our new facility offers weekly cleaning for stays over 5 nights and a departure cleaning for stays of 1-4 nights. We do not offer anything but breakfast for short stay guests as people have their apartments to cook in. Thanks again for giving us your feedback which I know will help others in your situation.

Nice cozy hotel in Kista region
I like this hotel since it has rooms with kitchens so that I can prepare food if I need to. It's gym and sauna are very helpful to me as I always try to get a workout in every day. There are also pool table, Foosball table and ping pong table there.

This is a very good hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable and very clean. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Two things would be good to improve: 1) Parking is not included and I think the daily rate is high 2) A business center would be really helpful

Nice place for staying and working. All amenities are found, interned fast and reliable. Same breakfast every day, but no complains. Around is not too much, Kista gallery in 7 minutes walking.

A pleasant stay for a very reasonable price
I like this hotel because it has a gym that is open 24/7, coffee maker that is also available 24/7 in the main lobby area. Also you can cook inside your room and are a walking distance from Kista galleria.

nice place - but deceptive description on service
The cleaning was only schedule for once a week ? this was not clearly stated during booking. I requested for additional cleaning dates and need to pay extra, again this information should be noted during booking and not only advised after check-in. Another thing is that when they clean the room on my 5th day of my stay, the whole room was clean, but they just leaved the plates (not clean) in the wash basin, didn't even both to clean them together.
