Such a unique and artsy hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to the train station so it made transportation easy. And walkable to Petit France and all the shopping and dining options. Beds were a little firmer than I like and there was noise from the bar below but we still slept well.

Wonderful experience in a glorious city
This was the absolute most perfect wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, well situated with a little cove that had a bunk bed for the children that had a pocket door so we could have the kids sleep while we were doing other things like planning activities or reading. The staff was friendly. The hotel was perfectly located with a 2 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. There were also shops restaurants and markets all around. We loved this place so much my 9 year old plans to move to move to Strasbourg and try to live at Hotel Graffalgar. Wonderful experience in a glorious city!

Great quirky hotel steps from the train station. Convenient walking to all attractions and shopping. Only drawbacks are no a/c and certain rooms loud at nite b/c across from busy restaurant. A fantastic value!

What I liked the most is the art that the hotel has in every corner. There are design from more than 40 different artists. The manager was super nice and available to provide any help.

Dear Nootaree, We are so sorry you will not remember us like a good, atypical, ecological hotel in downtown. We are sorry for the 20m2 room and the will to not participate to the global warming with no a/c ( knowing we have more than 21°c 2 months a year). We are sorry that you don't appreciate our pedestrian street with restaurants and bar. Maybe in winter .... All the best

We really enjoyed our stay, the service was incredibly friendly and they went the extra mile for us wherever they could. The room was large, comfortable and clean. With only a few minutes walk to the city centre, it was ideal for our stay. We had drinks in the evening and breakfast the next morning, both of which were great with a good atmosphere.

This is the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. There was original art everywhere and even a vintage store associated with the hotel! Very trendy decorations, and options for two twin beds instead of one double which is nice for friends to stay in

Good value and convenient location close to the main train station. Rooms are modern and decorated by professional graffiti artists. The only inconvenience is the WiFi—only one device allowed and the connection ends immediately after your device goes to sleep so if you had forgotten to check the weather and you immediately turn it on to do so, you must log in again which over the course of a few days becomes a bit annoying. Staff is wonderful and helpful and they have a kitchen for guests with a fridge and microwave which helps cut down on meal expenses.

Very artistic and inspiring. This place is like no other place I have ever stayed in. 4 min. Walk to a nice modern art museum & 12 min walk to the cathedral. I highly recommend it to EVERYONE.

Individually decorated rooms were a real plus. Location great if you need a train. No A/C could be a problem in warm weather—for us in mid-September. And can be noisy at night.

Enjoyable stay
This is a very good hotel and although I may not now be in Strasbourg again for some time, I would always be happy to stay here. The staff on the front desk are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are individually decorated and characterful . The hotel is ideally located for the railway station and a short walk into the city. The only suggestions I have for improvement are that a second pillow would be good and there were only two clothes hangers.

Wish could've stayed another day
Super friendly staff helped me find a nice play where to sample local beers and local food. I traveled with two older teens, and they absolutely loved the place. We had a great night sleep considering we were all jet lagged, and woke up in the morning and had the hotel continental breakfast.

Funky hotel in a great location with super staff.
Hotel is well located near train station and close walk to main sights. Staff were all really helpful. Breakfast was really good. Very relaxed feel. Room was pretty small but well thought out. Graffiti art is super cool!

Love this hotel!!!
A unique place to stay. There isn't coffee service in the room, but there is a kitchenette in the common area with dishes, an electric kettle and a refrigerator available for guest use. We stayed in room 401. It is one of only four rooms that has air conditioning. The bathroom was larger than most. It only has a few hooks for hanging clothes (no closet). It was convenient to the train station and most everything else. The neighborhood is diverse. On Friday there is a local market down the street that is far less expensive than the market closer to the cathedral.
