Pictures were not of the same hotel. Outlets didnt work. The fridge didnt work. The carpets were vacuumed down the walk way and not to the walls. The staff was very nice.

It was very run down, not clean, the hot tub was so dirty, the outside has wood pieces all over and the building looks like it’s falling apart.

Photos show indoor rooms overlooking the pool. I was put in an outdoor room around the back where i felt unsafe for me and especially for my car. Pool was closed. Breakfast was cereal or toast. The Outside of the hotel was very run down and needed repairs. I asked for a downstairs room since I'm 79 years old and am having a hip replacement next month. She said I would have had to tell them that when I made the reservation. Had to drag my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The room itself was fine.

People in room next to us had a dog and were up all night in and out of the room and coming and going all night. dog was barking all the time. Pool was broken hot tub broken not enough towels. Not much of a breakfast. Rooms were old and ran down dirty as well as property.

Immediately noticed the pool was closed, hot tub had water but was filthy. Our room heater/ac did not work along with phone, and charge ports/outlet. After talking to lady at the front desk we got a "We will see what we can do", and never heard back. From the understanding is that they are now under new management and it has the potential to be a great place just not at this moment.

We paid double price for a poolside room and the pool wasnt even filled. The hot tub was the only thing there and it was full the while time. Will never book here agaun! thing it offered and it was not

At first it seem to be an okay place wasn't very clean I had to clean the bathroom because you could tell it hadn't been cleaned for sometime. which I didn't mind I always clean the bathroom in rooms I stay in. Secondly as I went as I went looking for the laundry room a freaking mouse came running out of the area where the pool is located. Lastly I had booked a two night stay with me and another person, they never asked for the other parties name while I had left to the store I get a call from my friend saying the front desk lady was being very rude and disrespectful claiming I hadn't pay which is a damn lie.. So my friend being scared went and paid a 250 deposit plus 90 dollars because if she hadn't the cops where gonna get called.. The front desk lady told me that you guys always rip people off

Pool and hot tub were closed. What used to be a great breakfast turned into only cereal and juice. Found hairs in the shower. Overall condition of the building, falling apart and dirty. Place has gone way down hill over the years. Would not recommend.

Get the HOT TUB ROOM!
Get the hot tub! This was a great place to stay on our trip. The two rooms with two TV's would have made it great for families or someone wanting to split the cost. We were very comfy and enjoyed having the hot tub, especially since the pool and hot tub were closed. I would have been much more disappointed without it. Truth is I wouldn't have gotten out of my private hot tub to use the indoor pool anyway. I'm marking this place for next time.

No pool or hot tub. No breakfast. The lobby wasn’t even open in then morning to check out. My sheets would be considered “clean -ish”. Covered in hair and the shower didn’t drain at all

Booked double queen room but only double beds were left. Breakfast staff was nice and had fresh eggs and sausage to order. There was no air conditioning, front desk said nonenof the units worked. Windows didnt open so room was very hot.

Not worth the money
We had a room with a door to the outside. To use the hot tub/ pool, you had walk outside. No pool towels so was very cold going back to room. Tub wouldn't drain. Toilet made a weird noise when flushed. Thermastat didn't work well; we were either really hot or too cold with a small adjustment. Breakfast was minimal, with cereal, yogurt, toast, and Belgian waffles. Our room wasn't overly dirty, but definitely not spotless. I would not recommend.

Very friendly staff. Super easy check in. No way to control the temperature in the room. It was over 80 degrees. Super noisy machines or something running in the hallway near the room. Maybe it was part of the pool room? Breakfast was very limited

First room assigned the door didn’t lock and then we probably 90 degrees in the room when I opened the door. 2 room I got was upstairs on the back. Only soirée or air was a swamp cooler and the he metal steps coming up were very weak and almost felt like the whole step was going to break away from rust. The gentleman at the desk was amazing help only plus of the stay
