The room was clean but the plug in bathroom didn’t work, the elevator wasn’t working in the back hall where our room was located, buffet was the only thing you could have on the breakfast menu, the pool was under construction. The hotel did knock off money from our stay for the inconvenience. The best feature was the shuttle service, always on time, drivers were very friendly. The hotel staff were also very friendly and pleasant.
