The properties were nice, the tents were a little to close together for complete privacy. Kids will be kids for sure but we could hear them screaming and running up and down the road right by our tent at 7am in the morning... All in all a great place for convenience to down town Hot Springs

Staff members were polite and professional. Newer hotel in mostly good condition. We were able to watch Memorial Day fireworks from the hotel parking lot. Breakfast was not good, Pre-made frozen breakfast sandwiches were not done nor hot. Bathroom and shower had some deteriorating caulk and trim. Convenient location to the National Park.
