It was looks very nice and was clean. However the spot itself took us awhile to find and parking was a bit difficult in their parking garage.

Loved the gym! State-of-the-art equipment and several treadmills. Room was clean and well-designed. Would have liked to have a microwave.

Double queen bed room
I think the only gripe our group had was that the bathroom door doesn't lock, nor close completely, so it's easy to see inside. Other than that, the room was great, and the Hotel was beautiful. Would recommend.

Typical Tacoma: clean and good, and average
I was very disappointed Mt Rainier view was not an option. They gave us a room with city view, while I was hoping for mountain view. The room was ultra modern, in great condition, but the furniture was lacking and not comfortable. The bed was good. The shower was great, but it had no bath tub.

I enjoyed our stay here, but the only issue we had was that our room temp was broken. the staff was kind and said they would look for another room but they gave us a box fan. we didn’t mind it much but our room was 80 most of the stay and it was really really hot making it difficult to get ready. the fan worked though, i would stay here again.

Overall, my experience was not good. My rrom was not ready until 7pm which therefore my reservation for my dining was canceled. The elevators were down and tried to get food in the dining area was slow or the service was nonexistent. I spent a decent amount of money for a room ( 1025) and it was terrible, this was a terrible way to start the new year. I do understand staffing level. But with everything that was going on at this property a discount should have been a option and not a food voucher that you couldn't use because staffing level in the dining area. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. This is our second time. My only complaint this visit was our bathroom. It smelled like mildew or mold. I explained this at checkout. Hopefully they find the problem. Rm 911

The elevator is pretty noisy and we could hear it all night long. Parking is also super limited so beware when hoping to park, we barely got a spot as they were pretty busy. The high up room with a view also ended up being pointless because the city was socked in with fog. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
