nice hotel next to SOGO
if you're not a fussy type of person, then this place will suit you. it is actually located in a very convenient area, which is right next to SOGO and there is MRT right in front of SOGO so you can take the mrt n go wherever. The room I had wasn't very big but was ok for 2 person but the ceiling was not concealed very properly and the toilet was alright. Its more like a Private room dormitory with washing machine and water supply outside your room for everyone to share n use.

Great place, everyone is awesome
As Expedia says, you have to check in at one location and the hotel is in another location. The check-in hours are also more limited than standard. Being a traveler from the US speaking only English, this was a confusing and difficult process for me. I might have done better to choose a normal hotel. Once at the location, everything was awesome. Everyone was super helpful and wonderful people. Now that I know where it is, and how and when to check in, I will certainly be back.

Without check-in desk, need to call the staff to bring us to hotel. It is not convenience for family travel. Moreover, they have 3 blocks in different location. I booked family room for 4 person, first 5 nights they provide a big room for 4 of us with sitting room and windows. Last night stay at Taipei, they provided a twin room with extra bed only, the room is without window. The reason is the big room must stay more than 3 nights continuity. Terrible is no one clear the room daily. Without exchange towel even stay 5 nights. Only the staff and location is good.

If u look for a nightmare, stay with ezbookers
Down the alley to suburban area (don't trust the address) and staff just led us down the alley instead of the original address as booked. Flies everywhere, basin outside toilet, poorly furnished, everyone breaks down with an odor. Most horrible experience. Worse still, it's both Expedia & hotel's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of info on website but they didn't. And even complained via IDD calls and long emails, no corrective measure is received still. No apology nor explanation and everyone is saying its not their problem. Horrible. Disappointed esp I am a return customers for both hotel & Expedia. Never book both again.

specific location is difficult to identify. dont check in after 9pm as it be challenging as there is no proper check in area/concierge. seems like a residential home converted into guest rooms. Room is quite clean with few amenities. location is about 10mins walk to subway. Poor sound proofing of room.

Nice cheaper stay
This place is close to the Metro and it's a good area to stay in Taipei. The room is clean and simple and serves its purpose. If you want to indulge in the hotel, this place is not for you. If you're exploring Taiwan and just want a clean place to stay and shower, this place is for you. Internet was fine. TV has quite a few channels. The only thing I found a little odd was that the washroom is small and is surrounded by a frosted glass wall/door. Even though it's tainted/frosted, you can kind of make out what the person is doing in the washroom by looking at the shape of the shadow. That was kind of interesting.

Its a private apartment, no hotel reception. Room is clean with good shower. Hot n cold drinking water dispenser provided at corridor. Washing machine n dryer need to pay. The common lift however need cleaning n vacuum.

Location is excellent. 2 double beds room means 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Also the sofa bed was blocking half of the way to the bathroom. The representative claimed that this is how their 2 double bed rooms are. She talked like she's saying "yes this is how our rooms are, deal with it. You either stay or you leave.". She let us enter other customers' room (when other customers were not in the room) and showed us how their other 2 double bed rooms are.

Ez bookers is not a exact hotel. But it seems like apartment room rental service. So there is no counter table at all. You should get a phone to call the staff of Ez-Bookers. If not its hard to check in and check out when u keep the luggage at there. And one thing disappointed was they don't clean room for 3 nights stay. Anyway, The location is pretty best, staff is very kind ^^ wifi is good, They keep the luggage after check out, Everything is nice for sleeping if u buy more towels for shower. I like here to stay.

good location, metro close lots of restaurants nearby, no ckeck-in counter. we arrived in Taipei with just street map location but there was no sign so we walked around for an hr searching, until a helpful gentleman phoned for us. Room super comfy *WARNING need to phone for check-in assistants*

I wouldn't call this a 'hotel'. It has no lobby, no check in counter, and no staff on hand. What it lacks however makes up in price and convenience. The location is the bomb, next to the subway station and big mall. Good food all around the place, TGI Fridays is NOT one of those places. The room is very very small if you get one like I did for a single person, think motel 6 small and shrink it some more. Double bed’s room in comparison is a lot bigger, almost twice the size as the single. The room is kept very clean and AC works great. However, it’s advisable to bring your own pillow, the one they have is so hard to sleep on I had to go out and buy one myself. Over all a very good place to stay at if you are budget conscious like me.

Very affordable and super convenient
Technically this is a short-term apartment rental, so there is no reception desk at the lobby or anything like that. On the plus side, this is totally a legitimate place in case you are worried about scams. We arrived at 11pm and the representatives met with us and showed us the room, which was small but had everything that you will need. She showed us how to operate some of the stuff in the room and let us be. Every couple of days, the staff changed our towels and took out the trash while we were gone. For some reason, the hot water wasn't very hot, so we called the representative and she looked into the matter and we had hot water by the time we came back at night. The next day I was taking a shower and then the water went completely cold on me. Again, we called the representative and she moved us to another apartment on the same floor right away. Everything was fine after that. All in all, I can't complain about the people who work here. The mattresses were quite stiff for our liking, and we had to borrow some comforters from my parents to pad the bed. Even then, they were still pretty firm.

its good here
The location is very nice to get airport, yeliu, jiufen, zhongxiao fuxing MRT. It takes 30 second to get MRT station. And there are easy to get destination near by Best place to stay here. I will stay here next again. But one thing which is not good is that they clean the room a two days and not support the towel everyday. U can buy towel at 7-11 and its cheap. I recommend ezBookers

Affordable but hard to find.. Great location!
Its more like an apartment that you are renting. They only doing cleaning once when you leave at the end of your trip. The address listed was different from their actual address but thankfully management picked up the phone when I called and sent someone to pick me up and bring me over to the correct building which was about 7 mins walk away. Great location but can be hard to find if you are not familiar with the streets. 5 mins from train station and 7 mins from Sogo. Affordable price and good cleanliness.

とにかくチェックイン方法が不明瞭。予約メールに書いてあった住所にチェックインしに行っても該当するサービスはなし。偶然が重なって運よくチェックインできただけ。 部屋の住所も予約サイトに登録されているところと違う場所をLINEで案内された。チェックイン以外はすばらしい。値段と比較して部屋は広いし、最低限の設備がある。

住宿近忠孝復興捷運很方便，旁邊有忠孝SOGO可以逛街，機能方便。房間內燈光較昏暗，整體舒適，但隔音較不好，能聽見走廊講話。

附近都沒有自助洗衣店幸好有一台洗衣機 但如果烘衣服時走廊空氣會比較悶熱 然後旁邊就有水機 可是沒有用過在看簡介時有提過的微波爐都沒看過 我們總數是住9天 第一天入住時就跟我們說只會有三次清潔 要自行安排清楚需要 不過問清潔人員也會提供垃圾袋 空間跟圖片提供算是很一致 大門搞不懂到底是那邊開 因為有好幾次也不同方向 地點很方便 就在捷運出口旁邊 走五分鐘就有兩間便利商店

網站上的電話打不通，地址有兩個，不僅讓人混亂，重點幾號幾樓都沒寫清楚。照著確認信裡重要通知寫的地址前往，卻發現不是，來回奔波兩個地址，浪費時間。 非吸煙房但一進門煙味超重，電視也不能看，又沒有櫃檯可以反映問題，完全不值這個價錢，唯一值得推薦的是房間打掃乾淨。

位置便利
酒店沒有櫃台，拍門禁鈐沒有人開門。以為要到紙上的地址check in，但都找不到。幸好遇到一個很好的台灣人哥哥幫我們打電話問，原來紙上的地址是舊址，而且要預早一天用電郵跟酒店的人聯絡才會有人在門口等。 但酒店入面的設施都不錯，挺齊全的。

捷運旁，很方便！
整體滿意！位置交通方便！價錢便宜！ 需要留意是：因為沒有接待處，登記入住程序麻煩，剛好有房務員在打掃，才能順利入住！ 另外，房間沒有電話，每天只有收垃圾，沒有整理和換毛巾，最後要打電話通知才有人換！
