Terrible experience, got the room at 8:30 pm, no parking spot, and no table at the waterpark, they are at double their capacity in the holiday, big mistake , DONT COME IN HOLIDAY.......DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE
A 2 hour plus delay on giving my room, just to get the wrong one, ordered somenting for my anniversary at there room, they charged it, but it hasn't arrived, disappointed, Waterpark good though
This was my first visit, it won’t be my last. The place was amazing, customer service is top notch, very attentive. They made sure that we were well taken care of . I was there to celebrate my son’s 7 birthday. I can’t wait to take the kids back again. I really enjoyed my stay.
Amazing stay with our toddler. The water park was the perfect size. Great food options. Easy parking. So many events on the property for the kids. The room was clean. Can be a little loud in the hallways as we were on the floor of the arcade / park. I suggest packing a white noise machine. Christel at the buffet was truly so amazing. Thank you for the great hospitality. We had a room with a terrace and our neighbors stole our patio chairs but security helped within minutes. Felt very safe having so much security around. We loved the s’mores night! We can’t wait to return.

Cute place, can use some upgrades in the pool area. Loved that the water was heated so that was a bonus. I had the breakfast package in my trip and they were very complicated and no one knew what they were doing. The chef did make my children special waffles due to their dairy allergy. There was a power outage from 1-3p which kind of sucked, water slides didn’t work and arcade wasn’t available also.

The only issue was, there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed and we waited until 1130 pm for staff to bring them. Otherwise. The staff were friendly and courteous. Pool and indoor water park was amazing.

The property charged me $600 dollars incorrectly and said it was Expedia when i psid Expedia for the trip prior to traveling. After a 30 minute phone call and three untrained staff members a manager admitted it was there error. They gave me some game cards to the arcade. After that stress on a vacation never returning. Second time staying there and my card that should only be charged for parking and a temporary hold of $200 that should be returned after your stay was billed incorrectly

I love our stay except for the wrist activation part. I dont think the silver boxes for the activation work.

Easy access to the waterpark. The area was quiet.
I didnt like that there wasn't much option for vegetarian meals and i found items in the room from previous guest which just made me feel like the room wasn't cleaned properly
