It is along the edge of the Old Town. There's a great little walking path behind it leading to a waterfall.

location in the old city is great parking is a problem the staff tried to charge us more than agreed

Please note that you have to go up maybe 50 steps to reach the hotel. Not optimum for handicapped people. But they will carry you up with a smile!!

The room was very small. Could not fit a bag next to the bed between wall and bed. The internet wasn´t strong enough to run the TV-stream, so it was useless. Shower floor and corners were dirty.

Unkompliziert ließ man uns bereits früh um 6 Uhr ins Zimmer und beließ es uns am Abreisetag bis 13 Uhr. Das W-LAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Am Frühstücksangebot lässt sich nichts aussetzen. Das Bad wurde leider nicht täglich geputzt und Toilettenpapier war Mangelware. Die Mitarbeiter (in ungezügelten Hemden) hängen oft unbeschäftigt im Eingangsbereich des Hotels rum und spielen mit ihren mobilen Telefonen, sind aber immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The hotel is at the center of old city of Tbilisi and 1 min walk from bath. The hotel room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

מלון בוטיק מקסים
מלון קטן יפייפה ומקסים בתוך הסמטאות של העיר העתיקה, חדרים מקסימים ונוחים,מעט קטנים אבל הכל מצוחצח ומרוהט בטוב טעם, מרפסת קטנה ומהממת חדר האמבטיה היה גדול ומפנק. צוות חייכן ואדיב , קשוב לכל בקשה ושאלה, נתנו לנו פינוי מאוחר ללא עלות.
