This is a very nice hotel. The food at the main restaurant is by best barely edible. It is a shame because the hotel is very lovely and has a chill relaxed vibe. We at most of our meals of site. I would have appreciated some carpet in my room and better towel/mini bar service. The staff is above helpful and friendly. Great ocean view and accessibility. Many local drinking spots very close by that have wonderful views of the ocean and tasty cocktails.

We had a really nice stay. The reception was very nice and were flexible with meal options for the half board option. The food was better than I expected and the hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean! Would stay here again for sure.

Best hotel ever!
This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing from the staff to the breakfast to the pool area. The system of reserving sun loungers is genius. No leaving towels out. It’s a brilliant idea. And no kids 😀 We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Great hotel
We had a great stay all staff were very nice and friendly the hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with plenty of entertainment at night, only thing I didn’t like was having to book a sun lounger was a right pain but we managed to get a lounger and the room the beds were very soft to soft I couldn’t really get a good sleep but over all enjoyed our time thanks

As you approach the hotel and its grand entrance, you're filled with joy and excitement. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are very comfortable. The food is delicious. The location is fantastic. The only thing to keep in mind is the crowd at the hotel - it's fully targeting the retired and not so much the young. The activities are all designed for those born in 1950s to 1970s. So if you're a young couple looking for a happening place, this ain't it! We loved it anyway because old people are awesome and a complete treat.

There were no children around. The food was delicious, had breakfast every morning. The hotel was clean and beautiful but beware people of colour; expect some ignorant service from front desk.

We loved our stay at the Princess Hotels. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The hotel pool areas are relaxing. High standard of cleanliness. We would recommend a Platnuim stay as the additional facilities and restaurants are superb. Great location as walking distance to beach and nearby attractions.

Nice hotel with good pool facilities. Very little choice of drinks in the bar, and breakfast buffet limited for a 4 star hotel. Room spacious and with great views, very clean. Requested to use the hotel parking but was told it was full with no further info or letting me know when a space would come available.

This property is in a perfect location. It’s facilities are excellent. Spacious rooms with massive, comfortable king sized beds, safe at no extra cost, bottle of water left in your room every day, good hair dryer in bathroom. Food here is also excellent,plenty of choice fresh and delicious. The staff are extremely efficient and helpful with so many people there at breakfast and dinner, the whole place runs like clockwork. Pool area is fabulous, huge, you will always find a sun bed in a great position where you get sun all day long. Spotlessly clean area with palm trees and views of the beach and Puerto Colon. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a pleasing stay. Bright, spacious, modern hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff. Hotel fairly full but no problem with space, sun loungers, public area seating & access. Unusual (& annoying) not to have tissues available in the room. Room had a fast dripping tap on arrival & for 2 subsequent days and was only repaired after bringing it to management's attention. Supervisor? - tap had probably been dripping throughout the stay of previous guests. Except for those items of food which were cooked to order, the remainder of 'hot' food was only warm; not appetising.

Loved this hotel. The facility is very well maintained and the staff were super friendly. They had great entertainment, restaurants, and bars. Fantastic hotel - bright, modern, spacious and extremely clean. Staff very friendly. Excellent food quality in restaurants. Great choice of bars, with premium spirits includes in all inclusive. Beds extremely comfortable. Located right on the beach front. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from.

The location was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was fabulous. Some of the staff were not so polite and we found at breakfast time and dinner time is was very regimental not a relaxed atmosphere, we went to get an orange juice only one morning at 11:05am and a staff member advised us breakfast was over at 11am but did not reiterate it in a pleasant manner. The atmosphere when evening entertainment was on was very stiff and didn’t provide a fun feeling you should feel on your annual holiday.

An absolutely beautiful property in a great location. My room was so clean and spacious. The shower was amazing and bed very comfortable. I had a nice side view of the ocean. The staff were friendly but could have explained a few more things at check in like the day spa, how to use the key tag which was also used to pay for things at the hotel. The pool was lovely, it is a shame it closes at 6.30pm. Great views from the bars. Not sure how the platinum club worked. I would stay here again. No kids made it nice and quiet. I travelled alone but it was more suited to couples.

Payment for everything...
This is the first four-star hotel where, on top of paying the four star price for a hotel room, you have to pay extra for room safe and fridge and everything else. The hotel seems to be used mainly by pensioners, so it is not the place for someone wanting a bit of night-life in their hotel. Breakfast is good, pool area is lovely. There is, at least in March 2018, construction going on right next door, and the loud construction noise is there from 8 in the morning until midnight, and the dust gets everywhere. Rooms are quite comfortable, except the beds - they are quite hard. In checking in, the reception person was almost rude. Other personnel were helpful and polite. All in all, I would not stay in this hotel again.

Enjoyed every minute of the stay!
Hotel is an easy and short taxi ride from Tenerife South, in Adeje, with the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. 10 meters away from the sandy beach, restaurants, promenade, bars. Has fantastic views over the ocean and the Gomera island. Steps away is the for free buses to Siam Park (best waterpark in the world) and to the Siam Mall (with playground for children) The room was very clean, made up every day, the bedsheets being changed once in 3 days I suppose. Were given a warm welcome by Mario, whom we give extra credit for giving us an excellent room over pool with a fantastic views. Overall, the staff was very nice. it is advisable to ask for the rooms on the level higher than the pool and the restaurant. Some weariness visible, but in reality hotel is much better. The pool was nice, with two parts: warm and cold water. Strangely the balls, kids water games staff etc were allowed in the part with cold water. There was an elevator taking from the pool directly to the promenade, and beach. Food: Very nice variety of food in the restaurant. One can always smth he/she likes. Very nice animation for little kids in the evenings, minidisco, etc, which was loved by our little daughter. Nice selection of adult animation also, with very dedicated performers, even stayed for several nights in the hotel for the animation. It was our third time in Tenerife, second time in Adeje, and first time in Guayarmina, and we will definitely return to this hotel in the future!

The Hotels proximity to the beach, restaurants,shops was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area is immaculate and the facilities excellent. Down side for us was the hotel is very family orientated and ours was a couple holiday. In the evening this was more of an obvious issue than daytime. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and you have to rent the fridge at €4 per day. Safe and WiFi are also on a per day basis which is more usual than the fridge rental and seems a little excessive. Otherwise a great hotel and would highly recommend for families.

Feeling Like a Princess in Tenerife
The Guayarmina Princess Hotel is more of a Timeshare experience, with a twist on options for eating/entertainment. As with most Timeshares there was a lot of entertainment for the children, lots of laughter and joy for the children (an awesome experience for those bringing children). The all inclusive was for a buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not a lot of options inside, but outside there were many and the food excellent. The most awesome thing is the view (waterfront) and some of the Staff (Sophie and Sonja, front desk) made it special. There are charges for just about everything (safe/refrigerator/etc...).

Nice hotel but tear & wear is already visible. Location is very nice if you prefer proximity to sea. Very nice views from pool & terrace.
