Never again
Stay away. Rude staff, no parking, lift doesnt work, toilet smell on staircase, bad pillows. Arrived at 3.30pm and room was not ready, sink doesnt work. Was there for one night, we couldnt wait to leave. Again Staff not helpful.

Would have enjoyed the proximity to the beach more if it hadn't rained the whole time. Lovely little shopping street and playground very close by. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel staff, room and location were wonderful! It is very easy to get to from Den Haag Central Station! The location was great because of all the restaurants and being so close to the beach! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We will definitely return the next time we visit Den Haag!!

It was quite good. the room was very clean and the view was wonderful. It is two minutes from the beach and the city is easily accessible. However, at the moment there are road works in the area, So the otherwise close public transport is about 10 minutes walking away.

Only one issue that needs to be emphasised and that is the rooms are very compact/small with no real storage facilities. The hotel is ideal for very short stays say two or three nights. Staff are great and friendly.

I miss Den Hauge !

This hotel was adequate for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is located near the beach. However, I cannot recommend this hotel because the staff member I spoke to at the front desk was incredibly rude; I have never been spoken to in such a condescending and aggressive manner. There was also a hole in the towel provided in the room and a small amount of noise from outside.

It's okay
The hotel was okay but not great. The walls are thin and we. Oils hear the hall noise clearly. The hotel is modern and nice but the sink in the bathroom is very small and awkward to use. While the room was clean and it is at the beach it was clear that the floor wasn't vacuumed as there was sand on it when we entered and the next day when we came back. The parking house is a bit of a distance so leave you bags there before parking your car.

The lobby/bar area is nicely decorated. And the location is good. The room was very sparse, and the pillows were terrible. They were so little, I had to make an extra pillow with my clothes. No coffee, refrigerator, or water in the room. The price was not bad, but this is definitely a “you get what you pay for” situation. There is no air conditioning, but they did provide us with a small fan for the room. There was no elevator, and the stairs going up to the top level were extremely small and steep. Would not recommend for older guests, as it would be near impossible to carry their bags up these stairs. We paid for an upgraded, larger room. Glad we did- the size was about the only thing I liked about our room.

Right next to the beach, Clean and renovated
Read room are small so I booked the Villa, small for what i would call a "villa" but good enough for the price, comfy queen bed with renovated bathroom. No AC is the downside, stairs are steep. Perfect location, literally 2 min. walk to the beach, closer than it appears on map, 10 min. walk to the main tram that goes to the city center. I would stay there again!

Helpful and Accommodating Staff
Unfortunately due to a booking error with Expedia my reservation was cancelled. Mario and his team worked tirelessly for nearly 4 hours to find me accommodations nearby on a busy holiday week. Staff literally did not leave when their shifts were finished until a lodging could be found for me. I will always be grateful for them and their dedication.
