A good hotel
Hotel was fine with good facilities. The bed was comfortable and the great. The balcony looked over the garden and the really nice swimming pool. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

Cozy, comfortable, clean, and affordable
Very comfortable place to stay within the budget. However I recommend to the owner to provide conditioner for the bathroom and also think abiut those guests that may arrrive late. My experience ended to be a pleasant one, but if Hotels.com wasn't able to contact the hotel regarding my late arrival, it may have ended to a not so pleasant one.

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast area was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The location is good, quiet place. Our room had a nice view over the garden and pool. The breakfast choice and quality was great.

The kids likes the upstairs loft! Room is clean. Reasonably priced. Just building stairway smells unpleasant.

Great Location and Friendly staa
Stopped here for a few nights to visit son who was doing ski season. Great base and enjoyed a few walks into town and around the lake. Nice clean location and lots of cafes and eating houses somewhat more reasonably priced than the ski resorts...

Could not fault this hotel for the short time we were there. Free parking, very central. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

The hotel is a little dated, but is very clean and functional.

Nice hotel
People were friendly and helpful. The room had a very nice balcony on the backside of the building. We were able to walk around town from the hotel. The underground garage is a little awkward but serves mostly as an overflow lot.

Quiet break
5 minutes walk to town, pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Large room and booking room with kitchenette made stay even better. Thonon a good base for the area with range of shops, a market and restaurants.

Situation trés pratique de l'hôtel à quelques pas de la gare (sans bruit) et du centre ville, accessibles par une passerelle. Chambres rénovées et sanitaires neufs. Restaurant sur place.

In May it's a very quiet place. The room and house is very nice. The lady was very kind. In the village was only restaurant open. She did reserve a table for us. Also very kind, food was very good.

Mon séjour c’est bien passé, mais su vous souhaitez y aller pour la tranquillité fuyez, dés 9h du matin du bruit dans les couloirs, et l’isolation est à désirer, on entendait carrément le voisin ronfler

Cliente habituelle, je n'y retournerai pas. Malheureusement mal accueili, cela a vraiment gâché le sejour. La chambre est tout juste bien mais le petit plus qui nous faisait revenir etait vraiment le personnel.

La struttura è molto pulita sia nelle parti comuni che nella pulizia giornaliera della camera. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione sempre ben rifornita. Camera ampia, letto comodo, wc in ambiente separato da doccia e lavandino. Ottimo il ristorante con vari piatti e buona carta dei vini ad un prezzo equo ( chiuso la domenica). Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge a piedi il centro della cittadina con diversi negozi e ristoranti. Parcheggio privato all’interno limitato ma fuori la struttura ci sono diversi posti gratuiti Soggiorno di 3 notti gradevole quindi struttura consigliata.
