The staff and rooms were excellent. Unfortunately the building and exterior steps up to our room looked a bit rough. However it was good value for money.

Excellent hotel.. Excellent location
Wonderful hotel in a great location. Well equipped dining options however there is also great choices within walking distance. Please try the oriental buffet.. its so well priced and to die for. This hotel has excellent a/c but also had a portable heater in the room that was not necessary at this time. The staff are friendly bilingual and very helpful. Great team. Also theres enough parking spaces here for HGV's. This was super helpful.

I was wondering if Campanile was still good value for money and this stay at £78 for an off season Sunday night has confirmed to me a definite no! Only one pillow per bed, shower taps connected wrong way. Hair dryer and bathroom vent not working and of course Sunday pm no staff or restaurant. Adois Campanile!

Just off the autoroute
I chose the hotel while having a break on the autoroute, being about an hour away on a cold and wet night. It is not the easiest place to find despite it showing just off A26. In my view you need sat nav. Yes the hotel has a limited restuarant but it was not to my taste so I went to the Courtepaille, which I prefer. The room is basic but clean, I was in 22 second floor. The shower worked well and the bed was clean and comfortable.

We for two nights as we were working we left do not disturb on both rooms.Both rooms had been through and my colleague had personal items stolen with no help from reception.So my Advice keep well away

BEWARE
Beware if you stay more than 1 night, went out in the daytime and did not want the room cleaned as i did it myself, so put a sign do not disturb but this had little effect as when i came back they had cleaned the room but also had very light fingers because personal belongings went missing with very little help from reception. Definitely will not stay here ever again.

Comfortable and convenient for a night or so
We stay regularly at this hotel because it is convenient for our journeys and relatively well-priced. The staff are pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and the new air conditioning system works well. The restaurant is convenient but has a limited Menu. The choice of wine is excellent.

We arrived at 10.30pm and given the key to room When we entered the room it was filthy, a member of staff had been having sex on the bed with her boyfriend, the sheets & quilt was stained Parts of there clothing were left on the floor We went to the reception but it ws closed Around 11.30pm the member of staff tried to enter the room to collect the clothing but we would not let them in In the morning when we spoke to the receptionist she laughed in our faces AVOID THIS HITEL IT IS A DISGRACE

Booked with Expedia. Stayed at many Campanile hotels over the years and 2 this year so far. Arrived after a long day’s travel knowing that Campaniles always have good restaurant at fair prices. When we arrived reception told us that restaurant not open at weekends! I never saw this displayed on your website when booking. We had to find a restaurant off-site that cost us more and being tired, a real pain! The room (23) was not particularly clean. The heating/cooling system wasn’t working and seemed set at a high temperature. The fan (I assume) for the heating system made an irregular noise all night so we couldn’t sleep because of this noise and the temperature. When I went to return keys, I told reception who expressed they were sorry. I said that if I the room hadn’t been prepaid to Expedia, I would have refused to pay. Ghastly experience and not at all like most Campaniles. I assume that Expedia will refund me?

" small glitches wouldn't stop me staying again.
I booked Camponile as I like these hotels. Parking, reception and cleanliness was all I have come to expect. Where I was disappointed with my room is that there was no plug in the sink and the air con didn't work. disappointing because you can usually rely on Camponile.

Plug missing
Only a small thing, but very annoying, there was no plug in the wash basin. I asked for it to be fixed, but no joy. After driving 450 miles we didn't want to change rooms. Also the restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings, so we had to go out and find somewhere, which wasn't far but we were very tired.

Always use this Hotel on our way back to England and was not treated well this time night Staff was quite rude to us .. requested a ground floor room when booked as Disabled was told no and put up on 1st floor unable to get shower as can't climb over a Bath. hair and bobbles from last client on the floor in room ..No spoon to stir or use for coffee .no Internet when I asked for code the night MAN just shrugged his shoulders at me . Not at all impressed with our stay this time .might have to look else where in March .this is not the first time my request has been ignored .

Ok for a stopover
We arrived tired after driving all day. Our second room, which should have had three beds for our children, had only two. The hotel staff dealt with this quickly and efficiently by offering us a third room at no extra charge. Dinner service was a little inattentive and slow, although the restaurant did not seem busy. The food was unremarkable: our experience was that it was better prepared in other hotels in the chain although the menu was identical apart from the specials. Breakfast was fine, with a good range of continental options available. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A night to forget.
Room was noisy (traffic) and hot - air-con not working. We asked about this and were offered another room. Same problem. No-one offered to come and assist. We both slept very badly. We had an evening meal at the restaurant: steak was inedible (like shoe-leather!), though the rest was OK. We did not opt for breakfast.

Room was small for a 3rd bed but adequate But it was really really cold and even with the heating didn't warm up. Our room was on the garden side which literally faced a fence!!

This is a handy location and the hotel has just been modernised. It is reasonable value. The little restaurant did a good continental breakfast and the staff were helpful. I mark it down because the air conditioning gas contols were hanging off the wall and didn't work leaving us with a noisy system on all night. I couldn't get it sorted because we arrived quite late. I let them know in the morning to benefit the next guest.

Budget stopover
Night was a good value stop over on way to ferry home.Cannot be regarded as anything but budget stopover just off autoroute & within walking distance of a pizzeria.

A tired and run down establishment. Not recommended for elderly visitors climbing outside spiral staircases with luggage.

Hotel is good. We have used before but your confirmation email gave us a reference which the hotel night machine would not accept to give keys. In fact the number on our key in the night box was completely different Obviously this was not helpful late at night

A Night in Tinqueiux
We have stayed at this hotel many times and did not disappoint and is dog friendly and allows our dog in the restaurant where the food is good as is the breakfast provided. Its a good location for the motorway for your onward journey.

Disappointing stay.
Arrived to a very luke warm reception, smiles not included. Room had air conditioning but it didnt work so had to leave window open. Very noisy night with a lot of traffic outside. Had to go to reception to ask for toilet rolls as no spares left. Dead fly baked into baguette for breakfast, not very happy. Prime location next to motorway, dont understand why more not spent on it!

An overnight stay in Tinqueux.
This hotel is in a very good location and for those with dogs to walk, there is a park with access directly by the hotel reception. The breakfast and evening meal is very good and the staff friendly. The cost of staying at this hotel is very competitive and secure parking is free on site is free.
