2 night stay november 2023
good stay comfortable beds, sofa bed didn’t get a pillow. was some in cupboard but without pillow cases. balcony door did not lock but no one can get onto your balcony anyway kitchen had everything you neeeded. Unfortunately TV had sound but no picture

Very nice clean and modern room. Friendly staff and very helpful. Very big sofa bed and a queen size mattress bed in the bedroom. No issue at all checking in. It was perfect and stay throughout was very comfortable!

The apartment is very nice and the owner tries to be accommodating. It can be quite difficult to find at first. And, the check in process is arduous each time (we stayes there twice), and eaxh time we eneded waiting outisde the building for a while. It'd be nice to have easier check in procedure.

Great alternative to a hotel room. Nice big new construction condo really close to Skanderberg square and all downtown attractions. Has a parking spot underground which they charge a small amount per day extra which is good as there is zero street parking ever open in the area. Once you see the building turn into the lane that goes toward the parkade to stop otherwise you can’t stop and will miss the building. Great place to stay 10/10

This property was ideal for what we needed. Nice shower room, kitted out kitchen, nice sized comfy bed, plenty of space, smart TV, and the front desk were very accomodating. They couldnt speak much English, but used google translate which worked well to communicate with us. The locals communicate in a similar way, or they ask a friend who is more familiar with the English language to help. Only downsides were that there was no balcony on our apartment which was advertised on expedia so that was disappointing, and we found the apartment tricky to find. Apart from this we had a pleasant stay.

True, the apartment don't have a balcony but is with big windows and since you didn't asked for the balcony we didn't thought to it as a problem. The property is a beautiful, new unit with everything you need. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all major attractions in Tirana. Albania is a wonderful country filled with warm, welcoming people. The process for checking in and checking out was easy and it was very nice to have a parking space associated with the unit. The owners were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here.
