Hotel was nice and big,well it’s was far from the city, which cost us a lot of money for taxi, around €45 to the hotel, but the hotel provided a shuttle to take us to the city and bring us back and took us to the airport when leaving Venice, the hotel room bathroom toilet was blocked, called them and they fixed that, the only issue I had was the first day I was in the hotel, someone opened the door, didn’t know how, she apologized, the next morning , while sleeping same thing happened , before I checked out while naked same thing happened again, that’s the only terrible fault about the hotel…

After a bit of a rocky start with no air conditioning, a room safe that did not work and an uneven hallway that we tripped on several times (3rd floor), we really grew to like this hotel and the wonderful guys and lady at the front desk, and the ladies in charge of the bar. Just a note American travelers... the A/C is not set in the room, it is controlled by the hotel.
The window opened, and the breeze was cool and great, but the mosquitos were a problem. So, I would stay here again... location is great, but make sure the A/C is on if you travel to Venice in May through the hot months,

Quaint boutique style hotel. Our bathroom was recently redone & very nice & functional. Our bed was very comfortable.
Location is where all the high end shopping was. My wife loved it.
