Lack of tourism has clearly hit this resort hard and a lot of maintenance is required to get this hotel looking good again. That said, it was clean, the staff were attentive but it needs more guests

Booked on a holiday weekend at a triple inflated price, my choice of course but a choice I would not make again. The hotel is tired and in need of an overhaul, the stairs up the cliff are poorly built and maintained and I would not recommend a room on the side of the hill. This is a budget hotel with an inflated price tag, there are much better options on Koh Chang.

We stayed at a room, littlebit away from the resort. We was aware of that from when we order'ed, so all ok. The rooms we had was simpel but ok. I think the other rooms on the resort was in a better class.. The reesort itself was very Nice. The Beach and the location was all perfect. And the staff was very helpful, smiling and serviceminded. I will come back.

TERRIBLE Hotel (!)
Incredible bad experience! It is never a 3,5 star. Rather Guesthouse-level. Standard rooms are separate from main building and should be demolished (I wonder how people can sleep there - may-be only if you are totally drunk!!). "Deluxe" means moisture, dirty, insects, cockroach-boxes under the bed etc. Really a nightmare. I had to cancel the booking and lost some of the paid-in money, because non-refundable and fortunately I could find a very nice hotel nearby (4 star).

Charming resort at the end of the besch
The resort is super charming with a beautiful garden, perfect pool, outstanding infinity pool, children friendly staff and beach, excellent massage - both the setting and staff, very nice barbeque on the beach, an overall welcoming, relaxing and lovely atmosphere (much more charming decorating than other resorts in the area). The breakfast is ok, but terrible coffee. The room was nice, excellent king size bed, clean, with wifi and TV, but make sure if you book a standard room not to get the rooms on the other side of the road (the non-ocean side called the yellow rooms) -we had to insist to stay at the actual resort, and they were luckily very nice about changing our room.

Koh Chang Cliff Resort
The room was clean and the view amazing. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again. Nice that breakfast was included. Beach was awesome. Good offer of a private or semi private all day snorkeling tour. I would stay here again.

Лучший пляж на КайБэй
Отдыхали втроём. Довольно просторный номер с терасой в тайском стиле и шикарным видом на море. Два недостатка - это скудненькие завтраки: яйца в 3х вариациях, ветчина, сосиски, овощи и мюсли с хлопьями. Никакой кофе ( я сама лучше варю ). На десерт только блинчики с джемом и арбуз с ананасом. И второй недостаток - это очень крутой подъем и спуск на дорогу и к пляжу ( для пожилых людей это очень не комфортно ) Потрясающий инфинити бассейн с которого открывается шикарный вид на море. Хороший отзывчивый персонал, который пытается угодить вам во всём. Отдыхали в этом отеле 3 дня, как говорится «выше крыши». Переехали на подольше на Вайт сенд бич, где гораздо интереснее.

Zimmer: Die Air condition sowie das Reinigungspersonal waren gut. Die Aufteilung von Waschbecken (im Zimmer), Toilette und eine (sehr schwache) Dusche auf drei verschiedene Räume ist so gewöhungsbedürftig wie die Stufe, die quer durch das Zimmer läuft Der Kühlschrank war leider nicht so groß wie in der Abbildung. Hotel: Ordentliche Liegen an Strand und Pools, deren Nutzung eigentlich nur durch andere (meist russische) Gäste vermiest wurde, welche die Liegen an den besten Plätzen den ganzen Tag blockierten ohne sie zu nutzen. Das Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung und es gab stellenweise sogar etwas Abwechslung. Warum Expedia ein "Galadinner am Heiligabend" ausgerufen hatte, war im Hotel nicht bekannt und wurde auch bis heute nicht geklärt. Der auf dem Cliff gelegene große Pool hat eine ganz tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf die Bucht und Nachbarinselchen. Es ist auch mit Besuch durch eine Affenhorde zu rechnen... Lage: Zum Strand und dem daran gelegenen Hotelrestaurant ausgezeichnet. Zum großen Pool musste (mit dem Moped) geklettert werden. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars sind fussläufig erreichbar und auch ein 7eleven ist nicht weit...

Отель в целом неплохой, останавливаемся практически каждый год, достаточно чисто, приятные номера, очень красивый бассейн на горе. Расположение удобное, кафе, рынки, магазины - все рядом. Ну и лучшее место для захода в море на этом пляже, именно поэтому он стоит довольно дорого, хотя объективно сам отель этих денег не стоит. Завтраки правда стали намного разнообразнее. Единственное что очень портит все впечатление это крайне неотзывчивый и неприятный персонал. Первый раз мы попали в этот отель 7 лет назад и нас встречали улыбками и помогали с любой просьбой. В этом году были неприятно удивлены несколько раз за отпуск. Никто толком не встречает, не улыбается, реакция на любой вопрос - недовольное лицо. Первый раз никакого Welkom Drink(хотя раньше всегда был). Маму заставили посреди отпуска со всеми вещами переезжать в соседний точно такой же номер( у неё было две брони) хотя она при въезде показывала бронь и объясняла в чем дело. У нас отъезд был в 13.30 попросили остаться в номере до часу( раньше они спокойно шли на уступки), отказали. Даже каяки брали в соседнем отеле, там гораздо приятнее было общаться и с ценой договорились и на пробу спокойно дали.

Хорошо но дороговато
Каждый год останавливаюсь в этом отеле уютный небольшой отель достаточно комфортный для проживания считаю что цены номера слегка завышены считаю что в этом отеле один из лучших пляжей в этом месте постояльцев немного поэтому на пляже достаточно комфортно завтраки хорошие для детей не очень подходит глубокий заход в море

Das Hotel hat einen eigenen kleinen schönen Strand. Die Anlage ist ansich schön und sehr grün, hätte aber an verschiedenen Stelle eine Renovierung oder Ausbesserungsarbeiten nötig. Sehr viele Russen!!!

Waren vor 2Jahren schonmal in diesem Resort leider verfällt es zunehmend.Das positive daran hat eigenen kleinen Strand und fußläufig kann man sehr schnell viele Restaurants sowie Einkaufs Möglichkeiten erreichen.

Rummet man får när man bokar via Hotels ligger en bra bit bort från hotellet och var riktigt kasst. Hål i lakan, trasiga handdukar, en dusch det knappt kom vatten ur och det luktade mögel. Vid förfrågan om att byta rum, som även två andra frågade om, så ville de ha 2000baht extra per natt. Inte direkt tillmötesgående. Utsikten var ut på gatan med ordentlig insyn, så det blev att dra igen mörkläggningsgardinerna för att slippa all insyn. Kändes mörkt och trist. Städning gjordes slarvigt. Vid ankomst visade de intr runt eller gav någon mer info än att det fanns två pooler och två restauranger. Den ens restaurangen hittade vi inte. Och den ens poolen var oskött med massvis av löv och annat som simmade runt. Hade man kostat på sig de dyra rummen så tror jag att man hade varit nöjd. Det var bra frukost och fantastiskt fint nere vid stranden.

Un endroit magnifique, mais pas entretenu du tout! Service inexistant, accueil catastrophique! Nous avions une chambre en hauteur avec vu sur la mer, l'emplacement est exceptionnel, mais tout est vieillissant ! Vraiment dommage! Prix surfait pour le service et l'état des lieux.

отличное место на ко чанге. в отеле все близко (бассейн, ресторан, комната, пляж) лучший пляж для купания на острове (глубоко в отлив, рядом кораллы) . заботливый персонал, апгрейд комнаты на уровень выше бесплатно, отличные завтраки. все очень понравилось!

Accueil et personnels très sympas, belle chambre spacieuse, piscine en hauteur avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Dans l'ensemble très bon séjour, seul bémol, le manque d'entretien des extérieurs à certains endroits. Nous le recommanderons à nos amis.

Хороший пляж, остальное плохо все
Брал самый дорогой номер с бассейном, но так и не поплавал в нем грязь и волосы, номер от пляжа далеко в горе идти 10 мин в горку, обслуживание не очень. Единственное это великолепный пляж и хароший ресторан на против отеля Pirate Pub.

同じくらいの値段で、バンコクではもっと清潔、豪華、朝食も種類豊富で美味しいホテルに宿泊できるので、期待はずれでした。しかし、ビーチやプールには、十分なデッキチェアがあって快適でした。のんびりするにはよいと思います。
