Really terrible that they will not all drinks or beverages of any sort at the pool. I understand food, but beverages? Kind of a joke, especially with kids.
The pool was outstanding. The housekeeping staff were great. Manager was easy to talk too. Business center was great. I did not like the interrogation at check in beyond the ADA standards about my wife’s service animal and questing if I was telling the truth with looming threat of additional financial charge.

It was a giant surprise when (after having reserved my room in advance and paid for it online) I was told during check-in that residents within a 25-mile radius must pay an additional $200 reservation/hold fee. This inconvenience/annoyance set the tone for the entire stay. Extremely disappointing that Expedia chooses not to make this clear on their site.
The staff was amazing the service was amazing. We got in really early for our check-in but they got us a room right away and fast. The breakfast buffet was akso great. Highly recommended this place.
Was not a great welcome when we were asked to take down our Player hockey door flags from our door for our child’s safety because they could be targets.
Not a great Hotel for Sports teams and their families.

The property was nice. The Front Desk agent at check-in was very friendly. I went over Thanksgiving and because of that 1 of the lights by the bed was out all 3 nights. Pool was cool and there were others in the hot tub in street clothes. Breakfast was average - not as full as other Country Inns I have visited. TV remote well worn... the place simply shows its age. Not a bad stay for $64/night average... The biggest issue relates to Expedia's Price Match Guarantee and not the hotel. It is that which is leaving a bad taste in my mouth about this stay.

This is my third stay this year. Though I didn’t get the opportunity to utilize the breakfast, my partner did and felt it was adequate. The hotel overall has very good facilities and excellent environment. The exercise room has decent equipment though a couple of pieces of equipment need maintenance to help prevent potential injuries. (e.g. The weight bench has loose components needing just some tightening or bushings.) Would stay again anytime.

Close to downtown shopping. Nice pool and hot tub. Wish pool was a little warmer. Lots of in room amenities.
