Great house in a fantastic location. Super clean and lots of bedrooms so that everyone in our group had their own room. The owner is awesome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Lookout Mountain Location
Located in the woods of Lookout Mountain in a quiet area, this was an excellent choice for our family reunion. There were plenty of rooms in the home with lots of options for sleeping arrangements. The dining room was large enough for the eight of us, and the living room was cozy and great for relaxed conversation. The kitchen was well supplied with anything we needed. Thanks to Marcie for her attention to cleanliness and detail.

We had 15 people and the house was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio. The chipmunks would come out each morning to eat. Bedrooms was really nice with the blackout curtains. Everything was close by.

Excellent for large groups
We traveled with our Girl Scout Troop and had 5 adults, 5 teens, and 3 preteens. Everyone had there own bed and family/ friend groups had their own bedroom. There were enough bathrooms for all of us (girls) to get ready without any trouble. The house was clean, the kitchen was well organized and the fairy lights were a nice touch. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard as much as we would have liked due to rain and a short stay with a busy schedule. We would definitely stay here again! The property manager contacted us at check in to make sure everything was ok. The game room in the garage was handy and the girls enjoyed the swing out front.

Just-right lodging for a big family celebration
We visited this home for my wife's birthday celebration. Having all 11 of our kids, kid-in-laws, and grandsons with us, I wasn't sure how we'd do finding a good place that would house us all comfortably and with a good level of cleanliness and space. This property turned out to be a really great fit for the whole family with lots of rooms for the little ones to sleep, and gathering spaces for all the adults to meet, talk, eat, and play. Marcie was great as you will see from the many positive reviews, and checkin/checkout were both seamless.
