Okay stayPosted Jun 29, 2015
The staff was absolutely fantastic. We also ordered room service a couple times and the food was pretty good. However, the room wasn't super comfortable. My fiance has back problems and the bed actually hurt more than helped. It wasn't very sturdy and it seemed like the mattress didn't fit the frame so as a result we lost pillows down the back of it multiple times per night. Even though the staff was nice I don't think we will be back.

Great place to stay!Posted Jun 24, 2015
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredible and helped insure we had a great stay. The breakfast included the best egged and turkey bacon I have EVER had in a hotel breakfast. That was a highlight. The only feedback is it rained and the lobby skylight leaks a lot! 😄 staff managed it well with signs and buckets yet it needs attention. Over all a wonderful stay. I would stay again when in Joinson City.

Nice hotel but a little out dated. In room air conditioner made it difficult to keep room comfortable and lines seemed damp when using it. Restaurant and room service was exceptional.

Very nice!Posted May 18, 2015
Our stay started off horrible with a very rude check in. The next morning I spoke to a Manger about it and she went above and beyond to fix it and make us happy! I was impressed with the overall friendliness of the staff. The rooms were beautiful and comfy, as well as clean. The housekeeper was great!

Good location, close to food and shopping!Posted May 11, 2015
We had a good clean too. With a comfortable bed. The location is very close to the university as well as food and shopping.

The hotel is old and it is obvious. The beds were uncomfortable because the mattresses were lumpy and had surpassed their expiration date. The room had a distinct musty old smell that reminded me of a basement.

Very dissatisfied in Johnson CityPosted Apr 3, 2015 on Hotels
very upset! booked these rooms almost month ago to stay in Tenn to see my sister and her 2 daughters to surprise my Niece who just recently turned 21. Booked 2 rooms first off, why would I want these rooms split apart? not only by couple rooms but by a whole another floor? Makes no sense to me? And the second room STILL was not available for check in until way after 4 pm:( Finally talked to the service desk and they got one on same floor but other side of building? WTH? Will never book again, as hotel sold out night before, and they were chasing their tails trying to get rooms finished?!

old and tired facilityPosted Mar 20, 2015
Cons: they need to re-hab the facility and update everything
Location: Good location near movie and restaurants
From the moment I checked in and the card didn't work I was unimpressed with the hotel. It badly needs updating. The heater was too loud to use in the room and I was happy I had only one night there.
