Lots of people hanging out by my truck all hours of the night from the gas station next door. I spent a lot of time looking out the window to make sure my truck was okay, which in the end it was fine. Beds were pretty hard, electric outlets were hanging by the wires.. breakfast and check in was great though!

The first room the bed was full of hair. Looked like human and dog hair. We were given another room and that room was clean. One of the drawers under the TV the knob was off. Made it hard for us to open. Instead the bathroom in the corner by the bathroom the wallpaper was coming off. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was not good. Seemed like they did not want to cook for a small group of people. We stayed 4 nights

Snow and ice never removed, no salt placed on the common walk ways. Common microwave in hallway for use is broken. Phones in rooms do not work, great staff very friendly people. The hotel needs some attention. Great location.

Food was very average for a rate this high. I didn’t starve but too many carbs and no fresh fruit. How hard is it to have bananas or apples? Coffee was very weak even for regular coffee. We walked next door to the gas station in 39 degrees just to get a decent cup of coffee. Check in - Rhonda was great! Check out. No one around at 10:30 am so housekeeping phone a person to email our receipt. Thank you cleaning lady ! Towels were clean and room ok but our alternative was Super 8 so we paid the price.

There were no vending machines although there are signs stating they have them. Breakfast ends at 9:30 everyday (no later weekend hours). Our room appeared clean, but we felt the bed was much too firm. The counter lady was GREAT, very accommodating and friendly. Overall our stay was good. And the location was good for us to attend three different gatherings. It is sad however, that ALL lodging raises their prices when a very well attended event is nearby (in this case, a race at Bristol). We were in town for a family gathering but still had to pay an elevated rate for 2 of our 4 days. Overall our stay was fine for what we needed. And if we need to stay in that area again, we will probably stay again. 😊 The wok

The place is showing its age... the swimming pool was lockex up. The hot tub wS a rank mess. The breakfast bar was a joke. Breakfast was served from 6 to 9 and by 8 o'clock the bar was empty and not refilled. So breakfast was non existent. The rooms hadno coffee maker or microwave as advertised.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady who ran the whole place solo the first night we were there. She had to come down from cleaning rooms to check us in. She didn't act put upon or hurried. She was friendly and professional. Later we had to pull her away from cleaning to help us with a glitch on our TV. She fixed it promptly and cheerfully. She is sharp and has a positive attitude. She should be made at least an Assistant Manager, in charge of housekeeping and front desk. I hope this message gets through to her and to management. She is a valuable employee.
