The property is undergoing "rejuvenation "....the outside is a mess with various odd jobs occuring. The front desk has no clue as to what room we were assigned to. The worse hotel experience of my life. We had two nights prepaid.. Left as soon as we could get out after the first night. The front desk could not give me a receipt because they had two different names registered in the room we were in..could not find our name in the computer. They should be closed down.

The location was great. They are also doing updates to the hotel so dont mind that. Parking is the only thing I found to be hard. Its a small parking lot besides that i wpuld say 4.5 star rating.

Desk clerk stated that they were renovating, still the rooms were very dirty and the areas for guests were in disarray. Would not recommend for a stay until after renovations were completed and then maybe still an if?

Ok for one night
The people at the front desk were friendly enough but I was charged wrong for the room. When I realized the mistake, they attempted to fix it but it does not look like it is fixed and is still wrong in my credit card statement. It was ok for the one night we needed it. The beds were clean and comfortable but the room itself was definitely not cleaned well. We found a bottle and 3 cigarettes behind the side table in a non smoking room. There was also dirt on the floor in the bathroom. Definitely would not recommend it as a destination but it was ok for one night.

Baseball Tourney
Needed a room for 2 nights. No other hotels within 40 miles due to massive convention. Got one of the last free rooms, found out new ownership was there the same day we checked in. He was very helpful, friendly, very appreciative of our stopping. Cleaning service was very good, very friendly. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood not the greatest, but hotel was worth staying at. I recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and inviting. They did not have the smoking room ready for me as as requested so I had to move to another room the next day that room the knob on the sink was broken off the toilet barely flushes do you had to hold it for a long time. There were holes in the curtains and a lot of dust I made a spill on the floor and wiped it up and you would not believe how dirty the floor was so the floors have not been mopped in a while. There was a bag of trash right next to my hotel room that stayed there the three days and then it was just laid by the dumpster instead of put in the dumpster there was also another bag of trash by the dumpster but not in it

This is a low rent trash property with burn holes in the bedding. The Franchise name and jacked up rate due the Races at Bristol leads one to think this would be a good property. There was a nasty tractor-trailer anchored in parking lot very poor conditions

Great service!
The staff is incredible. Evelyn at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. The check-in/out process was easy. The beds are terrible. We could feel the springs in the mattress all night.

The hotel look like it was closed up for a while. We had another person staying there tell us it was new owners. Under what I had seen it needs to closed then reopen after remodel is done and inspected. The room we was in was a non-smoking but it had a odor of cigarettes. The curtains had holes in them. Our bed cover and chair at table had burnt holes from cigarettes. When I went to use the faucet on the sink the knob came off no screw to hold it on. Toilet ran water all night. Water spout in shower water sprayed out the sides when you turn on the shower. The white towels was not clean. The pole lamp the socket the bulb screws into was broken it just hung by the cord. To top it off the cleaning lady came knock on our door and ask if we needed anything. Is it not obvious clean towels. So we told her towels her response was "Ok take yours and throw them out here on the concrete walkway by the door." She brought back some more not even folded and hand them to my spouse. The stairs to get to where our room was is so dirty look like they have not been cleaned in years. Concrete had large chips in it an drag marks from something on it. Paint or texture on building was peeling real bad. We could not get in our room with the room key after we returned from apartment hunting. Went to main desk was told it might of been near our credit cards or weather. WE HAVE STAYED IN OTHER SUPER 8 HOTELS BUT THIS WAS JUST DOWN RIGHT DISCUSSING. I WILL GO TO OTHERS BUT NOT BACK TO THIS ONE.

We asked to have our room cleaned sunday, while we were out. The beds didnt get made, bathroom wasnt cleaned, none of the counters were wiped down. We had black ants in the room, from day one.

Holes in sheets, dirty room, drove in from Texas and totally exhausted. Slept in my sleeping bag from personal truck. Loud commotion outside. Do not recommend and will not return. Only able to get 3 hours of sleep before leaving. Horrible experience

Gross dirty in need of repairs and cleaning
This hotel is very old. They do not keep it clean or up to date. There were holes in all the blankets, curtains, and sheets. The room floors were very dirty. They do not have cots as they advertised they do. I had requested one in my reservation and found out when we arrived they don't have what they advertised. The breakfast room was filthy. The employees use the place to have family meals. The check in went smoothly but the employees were to busy with their children to wait on anyone or offer any help. I was glad I brought cleaning supplies, towels, and linens because they provided supplies were unusable or nonexistent. We will not stay again.
