Avoid, not up to any basic standard.
Bed sheet not made fully, dirty towel left from previous customer, floor dirty, stains on wall. Sorry but if this is what almost 100 gbp buys in France then look at non hotels. 20 years ago this was probably good value, now it’s a flea pit.

Decent overnight stop.
Nice hotel, well placed not far off the motorway, safe secure parking, nice room, comfy bed, fairly clean, attached restaurant which was ok. Would revisit.

We made a last minute booking here as we had been badly delayed crossing the channel. The welcome was warm, but so too was the room. When we entered the room there was a horrid ‘stale’ smell which was not good. We’d hoped that the air-con would freshen the air, but it didn’t, and it was pretty ineffective at cooling the room. All night the air was thick and uncomfortable. The room itself was large and had a toilet, a bathroom and two large double beds. Not much else (no kettle or fridge etc)

Decent!
Basic as you would expect but entirely pleasant and adequate. You are a little out in the sticks, so probably a place to stop between A and B more than a destination. The Courtpaille next door is a definite bonus!

We have been using this hotel for many years as a stopover to and from the south of France. We normally book a "standard" rooms but this time tried a "premium". There was very little difference between the two although the premium have underfloor heating, which was cold on arrival and took a long time to warm up. The rooms all have tile floors and for our last couple of stays we have found hat the floors are dirty - as tested by wetting a piece of tissue and rubbing the floor. Overall, the hotel is starting to look tired - even though the second block is less than ten years old.

Comfortable and convenient!
Comfortable and convenient overnight stay travelling south to north France. Room was in a separate block to the main hotel, clean spacious room, large shower room and separate WC. All good.

The room was ok until we went to the bathroom. Toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet and when we flushed the fixture half slid off the wall. When we told reception she said she would make a note but wouldn’t be able to have it fixed. While the room was clean the bathroom had been overlooked by the cleaning lady and had several spider webs and scuff marks behind the door.

What a perfect hotel. As we were arriving late at night we rang ahead as we knew reception would be closed after 11pm, the staff were extremely helpful (Sebastien) & really welcoming on our arrival (10:55pm phew). The room was so spacious and clean. I will definitely be staying here again.

As you walked into the hotel the bar area reception area appeared sparse and bleak, we had to wait a short time for the manager to appear but he was polite and helpful. The bar area was not too unpleasant to sit in and have a drink, even though there was only a small settee and 2 chairs that you could actually sit on, The reception area needs to be updated as it does not give a welcoming ambiance when you walk in. The bedroom was dated and the bathroom looked like it could do with a thorough clean. The single beds were comfortable, but the bed coverings and towels were tired and could do with being renewed.

Hotel room cold and heating faulty so stayed cold. Spent a chilly evening trying to keep warm using the blanket provided! Won’t be staying again which is a pity as the room was big and otherwise pleasant.

Convenient Traveller's Stop Over
This motel style hotel provides a convenient stop over in the Troyes area. The room was quiet and comfortable, with separate rooms for bathing and toilet. The room was large and had plenty of space to stretch out after a long day driving. Reception was quick, informative and friendly. We were offered discount in the grill neighbouring the hotel. The hotel has free off road parking and is located in a quiet business area. The room was quiet at night and the level of comfort and quality of furnishings was appropriate to the room rate.

Nice hotel - very good value for money
Vey practical for or journey to the Alps. Nice hotel - very good quality new rooms - decent brrakfast. Overall very good value for money for a family of 4.
