I love to wander through antique stores in Jenks. I have found some great deals there so I am always tempted to stop. If you are lucky enough to have a rainy day in Jenks and you can't go hiking at Keystone Ancient Forrest, that is the best way to have fun.

Hi Bobbie, The only communication I received from you for your entire four-day stay was the text "All good" that you sent after you had been in the house for 12 hours. We keep extra supplies in the house and I am easy to reach.

Excellent guests. The house was left in perfect condition. I would gladly host Justin again.

Robert, I have never had a previous guest complain about the beds. I have also never gotten a review from a guest who only stayed ten minutes and never reached out to me with any concerns. If you look at my reviews on all listing sights I get lots of compliments on the cleanliness of my house. No guest has ever complained about an "odor," in the house either. In fact, they comment on the cleanliness. There is a room that is closed off to guests. This is mentioned in the house rules and information about the house. It is also mentioned that the access to the backyard is through the laundry room and out the side door. I provide a dehumidifier during heavy rains to make the house as comfortable as possible. You were in Jenks during a full week of rain. We do not have a rule about shoes, but we ask that guests kindly leave shoes at the door. This helps us keep the house extremely clean. All of the furniture is visible in the photos provided before booking. I did not receive any notice that you did not want the house until your reservation was two days underway. The cancelation policy is provided before booking.

VRBO should have a Premier Guest Category so that Hosts can offer standing discounted rates to excellent guests like Hugh & Diane.

The TV in the Living Room is a 65" screen. The bedroom TVs are 32" and 37" but they are not far from the beds. There is a fully fence yard with a gate to the front and a gate that opens from the backyard to the playground and basketball court in the neighborhood park behind us. To get to the fenced backyard you can exit the house through the laundry room and the side garage door, or you can go out the front door and walk over to the back gate. Its true that we don't have a back door. The back of the house is all bedrooms and guests must go through the garage or front yard to get to the back yard and then to the park.
