Lots of sketchy people hanging around after dark. Hotel is very old! I booked for six nights, but only stayed for two. After a lot of work the hotel would only refund three nights but not the fourth night, the day I checked out. There are better places to stay.

When I arrived Iwas notified that my reservation was given to another guest. This was upsetting after driving from out of town for 4 1/2 hours. The staff never verified my reservation confirmation, even after I offered it. Then I was notified that there were no more non-smoking rooms only smoking rooms available and that the room was clean, however the sheets had cigarette burns, surfaces were dirty and the room smelt so bad we could not sleep all night. I had to find another toom at another hotel for the rest of my stay which was an expense i did not expect to pay. I was also.charged an unexpected additional fee for the room at Quality Inn Tulsa. On top of all that, I reserved a double bed room and was given a single king bed which was another inconvenience. I will never be staying at this establishment again and will never recommend to anyone. In fact, inrevimmend people stay away unless they like a rooms where bags of trash are kept outside their doors and dog poop on the walk ways. Worst experience ever.

The room was fine, but the breakfast offerings went downhill after the first of 5 breakfasts. After the first the refrigerated egg and muffin offerings along with fresh fruit never appeared again. The biscuits and gravy seemed to be the same ‘slip’ reheated each morning. On the last day even the orange juice ran out. The hotel was otherwise fine, but don’t buy high expectations on the breakfast.

Clean, but there was other safety concerns
The room was clean and the people were nice. We just had a problem getting in the room with our key. We called the office and let them know and they told us they would be right there. The night guy was fast getting to us and still couldn’t get in with a programmed key. He let us in with the master key. The bolt lock was broken. I mentioned to the morning person that there was a problem with the key lock and she said she would make a note to check the lock system on the door.

Horrible customer service. Nobody picks up the phone when called. No TV remote in the room. I asked for remote and they still didn’t send it. Limited items for breakfast.

The rooms smelled bad. Like a dirty locker room. No cleaning service provided on our second day. There was something (probably Rats) that made noise all night in the walls.

Driving home
Just an overnight stop on a long drive home, hotel was fine just too many local people hanging around the parking lot after 11:00pm. Lots of loud talking and walking back and forth by my window (1st floor) and between the cars in the parking lot. I was too tired to complain to office but they should have been aware if they were monitoring cameras.

Stay was ok . Convenient to interstate. Services were ok . The pool that was on the motel site was not filled with water so that was a disappointment. When u advertise there is a pool at least let guest know if its working or not
