The staff was very nice and they had a really good breakfast! Rooms are nice, but shower knob didnt work well to turn on the hot water. We had a nice stay.

The best thing about this stay was the breakfast area. It was clean and well kept. The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly. The handicap bathroom was extremely dangerous. The shower floor was sloped in a manor that caused the whole floor to flood and be slippery. There was also block mold in the bathroom.

Charlene, I do apologize for the inconvenience in the bathroom. We have to have them sloped so Wheelchairs can roll in and out of the showers.

This property has not aged well. There have been a few updates but not near enough. Furniture was from the 90's, chipped and missing parts. It was clean but the toilet seat could not be cleaned as it was so old, the stains were "set in".

Hello Gina, I just looked into this and Your Deposit just a preauthorization but it was in fact reversed on the 26th. It can take 7 to 10 business days to see it back on your card. I do apologize for this inconvenience.

Our room was in the “ No Smoking “ section of the hotel. There were people next door to our room standing right outside their door, open door, smoking. Their smoke was entering our room through the air conditioning. I complained to the front desk and she said there was nothing they could do. Maybe require people who smoke to smoke out away from the room doors… 10 feet or more. Also no hot water in the evening for a shower.

The staff there was really friendly. They must be family owned and always were giving us big smiles and hellos. I will remember that place and stay again nice time I go to Tulsa.

I apologize, this must have been one of our handicap rooms. We cant have borders in them because wheelchairs need to be able to roll into them.

Well I booked for two beds and was confirmed on Expedia but when I got there they said they couldn't honor the confirmation so they gave us one king bed. So me and my two children had to sleep together in a king bed. There was no other competition offered except we feel bad

I do apologize for this inconvenience, I see you checked in at 4:06am and check in isn't until 3pm so at that time in the morning we don't have allot to choose from because our rooms are full from the previous day. If you would have checked in at the proper check in time we would have been able to accommodate the 2 beds. Again I do apologize for the inconvenience.

My son and I didn’t even take shower, also the breakfast is very limited, no wonder most of the drivers go straight to Mac Donald drive thru. I left to other place for breakfast as well.

No clean towels were provided I had to go get them myself. The lady was nice the day we checked in on Thursday and she was absolutely a hag on Friday. What rooms reeked of smoke and they were supposed to be non-smoking. The hot water was excellent in the shower the beds are pretty comfortable. It's not really an overnight stay place they have several long-term folks living here. Area around the hotel trashy it's everywhere someone needs to clean it up.

This hotel is like home away from home. Very clean, quiet, safe and the staff is very friendly. I stay here often. The houskeeping staff is also very friendly, especially a lady named christy. Christy does the tasty breakfast and cleans the rooms spotless. I've stayed in so many hotels that are so dirty, I got use to cleaning my own room. We had a very pleasant stay.
