A nightmare
This hotel was abandoned by its owner. The furniture is old and it isn’t clean. The staff is doing their best considering… This hotel should close or be bought by a new owner. Don’t go there.

the air conditioner was not working. it was extremely hot in the rooms, in the restaurant, in the reception...everywhere. breakfast was ok but dinner was too expensive for the quality of it.

The hotel was generally good but it is far away from the airport. I am not 100% sure but I believe your website said 6.5 kilometres from the airport. This is incorrect.

I booked full board and I attended the hotel 2.30 and found the lunch closed and did not take any meal and the service was bad

Dear guest, all hotels have fixed opening times for meals, apart from some hotels offering all inclusive that offer snacks outside of the set opening times

Reception staff made us think we were thiefs trying to get a room without paying even though we had confirmation email. For 4 star hotel breakfast was poor with plastic spoons similar to a cheap service station.

We booked for three nights stay at Phebus, and planned to extend our stay if it is comfortable, we couldnot stay more than 2 days.we faced a problem in booking,rooms were not clean.they use very old blankets , very old types of TV screeNS .Food isvery bad for breakfast and dinner. will not come back again to this hotel.

Power was off for a long time and there was no response for hotel staff, rooms and hotel generally smells bad I don’t recommend this hotel for any one.

This can not be a 4 stars hotel , no fridge or microwave in the room , the air conditioning was very poor and very limited number of towels . Bed comfort was poor too .

The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel is neglected. Cleanliness poor. Our bed was missing pillow. Phone doesn't work. Probably the worst hotel I've ever been. Reception staff rude. Don't stay in this hotel

Phebus Hotel
I wouldnt recommend this hotel to Anyone my Fiance also stated the Same .. my room was not cleaned everyday they didnt have staff as other do all thru the day. Breakfast was the same everyday no change on what was being made no Variety . No atm in the building the gym was not in Service the pool were cold and not inviting the beach access was run down its not a 4 star hotel , I had to buy my own water no access to clean water the toilet ran all nite air conditioning was not working .. Made no intention on letting me stay later at the hotel due to my flight not being until 2:20am in the morning .. It was horrible experience plus also hotel was run down needing needing new paint and the disco was mediocre i was not please ..
