I did not like being next door to a group of teenage boys who were very noisy in the hallway. Their coach apparently had a room down the hall from them so didn't hear until their were complaints. He was smart, kept his room far away from them!

This is always a available for our trips through the area. This is a very nice place to stay on our way through. Great breakfast, rooms are very clean and the pool/hot tub are open 24hrs.

This was a good stop for a long day of driving. The woman that greeted and checked me in was fantastic and friendly. She was the epitome of good customer service. The bed was comfy. The wind was blowing very strong and there must have been a vent above my room because I heard a noise like someone was typing on their keyboard of their computer all night. It wasn’t real loud but noticeable. I checked out at 9:30 which is later than I suppose the majority of people, but the young woman who checked me out seemed annoyed at the lateness. I was out before check out time. I did get a cup of coffee before leaving. It was super weak. I was a bit disappointed since that was all I wanted or took from the provided breakfast. Overall, I had a good stay! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who checked me in. She is a gem and an asset to the hotel!!!

The desk agent who checked you in was Laura and yes, she is wonderful. However, I (Nicole) was the desk agent who checked you out the next morning. I apologize if I came across as annoyed, I promise we do late check outs all the time and it is not an inconvenience at all!!
