Perfect location!
If you want to be right were the action is, this is the place for you. Close to restaurants, shopping, and one block from the beach! The home was great, especially the private pool. I was worried that the restaurant next door would be a problem, but everything was quiet by 11:00 or before in the evening. The smell of the food was torture when we were enjoying the pool though LOL. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My daughters and I had a very nice vacation and would highly recommend!

Fabulous Tybee House
This was our 2nd summer staying in this wonderful beach house! The location is great! The pool was fabulous on the extra hot days after hanging out on the beach! The house has everything that you could possibly need well stocked! The owners were quick to respond to any and all issues that came about! The neighbors were super nice. We plan on returning next summer to what we now call our favorite house on Tybee

Labor Day weekend
We loved the VRBO. It was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was ideal for the beach, resteraunts and shops. We loved the pool as well. We will be back!

Ideal location
The location was ideal with a pool that was nice in backyard with great restaurant next door. The beach was across street. The house itself was what it looked like online but was not very clean to our standards of clean. Floors were dirty and we had forgotten our pillows and there was hair on pillows. We ended up sleeping on pull out with towels. We just did not feel clean there everything else was perfect.

We check the rental before every stay, and it was impeccably clean. If you read previous reviews, they majority of them comment on how clean everything is. I'm hate you did not think it was up to your standards and this will not impede you coming back to stay with us again!

Perfect location!
Loved the property! It is the perfect location on the island. You can walk to most everything. Despite the restaurant right next door, we heard nothing that disrupted our time. It was very quiet. Would definitely stay again at this property!

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay on the property. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable the pool was clean and kept nicely. Wonderful location and neighborhood. Downsides were very limited and would not stop us from renting again. The door between the two downstairs bedrooms does have a gap so we hung a sheet not to see into each others room for privacy. It is located next to a seafood restaurant so there is a bit of a cooking smell in the pool area around dinner time. Tybee and Savanna are charming and beautiful.

Sometimes loud but absolutely lovely
This property is located walking distance to the beach and to the main drag of restaurants and bars. It is on the second floor (the lower apartments were not occupied when we visited) and there are quite a few stairs so if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues this may be a challenge. The apartment was spotless, the washer/dryer came in handy as we had driven and needed to use it to have enough clothes to get through the week. The pool being heated was absolutely necessary as it was still pretty chilly out in mid-April. Be sure to read the descriptions of the bedrooms as the one upstairs is an open loft. There were only 2 of us so we just used the main bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms are small, but assuming you won't be spending a lot of time inside when visiting this shouldn't really be a problem. The only issue we really had was the noise from the restaurant next door. After having driven all day we were ready to pass out and were shocked awake at 5am by the sound of the dumpster lid be slammed (multiple times), garbage trucks, delivery trucks...it went on for hours. It only happened that first morning (a Monday) but it was brutal and mostly ruined that first day because we were so damn tired we couldn't really find the energy to do anything. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and the management was very responsive to a few issues we had and even got us a free meal at the place next door. I would definitely recommend this location.

We really liked the house. It's very clean and has everything you'll need. The kids enjoyed the pool. Its a little loud in the mornings with the trash service but other than that, it was nice.

Great beach trip
Great setup for family beach stay. Super clean and well stocked place with plenty of towels and detergent and all. Beds were super comfortable (a pleasant surprise for a rental). Pool was just great! Now, place is a bit noisy with the restaurant next door in the late hours and early morning (garbage trucks and food deliveries), but we travel with white noise machines with our boys which I definitely recommend. Overall, a great place to stay. Centrally located. Oh and do go to Stingray’s Next door to eat. We went several times. Seafood and wings are great!

Great family vacation
We had a great stay at this lovely property. The interior was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed the fun sleeping loft. The heated private outdoor pool was amazing. It is only a short, two block walk to the beach. The house is right next to Stingrays restaurant, so we could hear the kitchen when using the pool, but it didn’t decrease our fun. Would definitely stay here again

Fabulous Vacation Spot
This 3 bedroom house with your on private pool was fantastic! The decor was beautiful! It was more than big enough for our little family of 5! We were in walking distance from everything the beach the shops and restaurants! This house is in the perfect location the neighbors were very friendly! I most definitely will consider renting this house for my next summer vacation in 2023! Best Summer Vacation Spot Yet!!! We love Tybee!!!

Perfect location for experiencing Tybee Island.
This is a great property for a family vacation! My family loved having a pool to themselves to swim. The location is only a block from the beach, so it's totally walkable and the beach is great. The condo is next to a great seafood restaurant and within easy walking distance of several other great places to eat. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a relaxing time on the island.

Grandmas getaway!
Grandma enjoyed time with daughter and 3 teen grands. Perfect when your older and want to entertain teens. The beach was easy to access and then the pool was perfect when the old folks needed a break. The beds were comfortable and this place was SPOTLESS! Loved it!

Absolutely perfect!
I rented this place with five girlfriends and we all truly enjoyed our beach trip. This is the second time I have rented this home. Many improvements have been done since I was last there and the place looks great. It appears that all of the concerns that I read about were addressed. My girlfriends all loved the house and it’s location. The shady pool was a great place to just relax and chill after spending time out in the hot beach sun. When I asked the host if the house had a large pot for a low country boil, a pot was provided and left on the stove for us. Loved the friendly service! I look forward to renting here again.

Fantastic Tybee Vacation.

Tybee Spring Break 2022
The house was great. We loved the location to everything. It looks to have been newly painted and new furniture put in the living room. The only thing is the pool heater didn’t seem to be turned up very high. One of the days there was pretty chilly and the evenings were also. A warmer pool would have been Amazing)! But in all I would recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun beach getaway!
Our stay on Tybee Island was the perfect getaway for our family! The 3-story house is a split property (the 2nd and 3rd floor being the rental) with a brand new set of stairs and landing leading up to it. The house is super cean and the bedding was very soft and cozy. The two hideabed couches in the narrow living room are comfortable to lay down on, but are pretty firm for sitting straight up. There is a lot of natural light from the windows. The pool is a perfect size for splashing around and there is tree shade in the late afternoon, which was a nice break from the hot sun from the beach. We walked to the beach every day and collected shells. We, biked along the shore and kayaked to Little Tybee Island (guided tour through Sea Kayak Georgia). We expected a spring break crowd, but it was very open and not at all crowded. We, biked along the shore and kayaked to Little Tybee Island (guided tour through Sea Kayak Georgia). There is a great seafood restaurant called Sting Rays next door and there was loud music on Saturday night until about 11, but we knew this going in and it didn't bother us. Some other reviews mentioned a smell from the restaurant but we didn't mind that either (made us hungry, actually). There is a small grocery store within walking distance and several eating places close by as well. We used our car only a couple of times and wished we had bought our bikes. The Sugar Shack ice cream shop is a must! The Crab Shack restaurant was touristy but very good and the kids loved the alligators and expotic birds. Sting Rays seafood (next door) was delicious and we ordered take out twice. Looking forward to our next stay on Tybee Island!

Perfect for college students
This property is close to the pier, shops, and beach but it is also literally right next door to a popular restaurant. The delivery trucks, dumpsters, and loud conversations made the stay less than relaxing. Noise lasted from 6AM to 1AM every day. There is also a dog in the downstairs duplex who cries and barks, mostly in the morning. The property was nicely decorated but was worn and in need of some maintenance and a deep clean. The kitchen was functional but not outfitted for "real" cooking. It didn't even have pot holders or a collander. I think college age people would like the location and the onsite pool but our family really didn't like the location.

We have just updated inside and now has freshly new paint colors, replaced furniture, new kitchen supplies had the entire place deep cleaned and it feels like a brand-new place. We have even replaced the entire outside staircase and made some improvements outside. Also we have address the noise issue. We hope you will come visit us again and see all the improvements.

We enjoyed it to the max only complaint we have employee from reasturant get a bit noisy on breaks! And stairs need updating they are a bit scary but for price and location it's was great! Pool was amazing we also loved that it was heated but my boys enjoyed the pool even on chilly days! Thanks again! We definitely would go bk!!

We have replaced the stairs and had brand new ones built!!! Also, we spoke with the restaurant and they ensured us they would handle the noise around that area. We hope you will come visit us again and see all the improvements we have done not only outside but inside too!!

Location was excellent!! Thought the property could have been cleaner the steps need replaced and lit up more!! The pool was a nice option for the cooler days!! The week we stayed they installed a heater for the pool which was awesome!! Overall happy with our stay for what we needed! But the Wi-Fi situation was horrible!!

Great stay!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, cozy and looks even better than the pictures. There were plenty of supplies on hand to meet our needs during our stay. We got very good use out of the private pool. We liked getting breakfast from the Sunrise Restaurant and eating by the pool in the mornings, and it was a fun place to unwind with the kids at the end of the day. We did not have any issues with noise or smells from StingRays Restaurant. The location is great-conveniently located and felt safe. We hope to return to Tybee soon and would love to stay here again in the future!

Almost perfect.
I would love to give the property a 5 star because it has location, it’s clean… the Pool is fantastic and everything is great… but something needs to be done regarding the dumpster next door. The foul smell and the flies. If you are planning to go to the beach… or staying indoors go for it. Or maybe check and see if the trash problem has been fixed.

Super cute beach home. Very spacious and comfortably fit our family of five. Kids loved having their own bathroom, bedroom and pool. Perfect location from beach, easy one block walk. Conveniently located near many restaurants and fun little shops. All within walking distance. Only downfall is it is located right behind Stingrays Seafood restaurant, and we could smell the seafood garbage every time we stepped outside. Was never an issue inside the house though. Great hole for the price!
