The staff were so friendly and helpful! After-hours self-check in was convenient and easy. The place was very quiet, restful, and comfortable. It is not very conveniently located, but it wasn't inconvenient either. Everything in town is reachable by bus or walking.

Pleasant stay in Umea
Solo traveller. Hotel is away from the main town center and is quiet as a result. This may not suit everyone as there is little in the way of eateries nearby. Being attached to an auto service station is not a problem. Good and friendly service from the staff.

Friendly, some nice areas inside
Seems to be related to the gas station in some way, but don't let this put you off! It's in a good location if you want to go forest walking or to the swimming pool, and only a short walk into the middle of town. Inside has some nice 'outdoor' feeling room with a couple of sofas and a TV with books to read.

Smart och anpassningsbar in- och utcheckningsprocess. Något avlägset och lite slitet hotell däremot var det välorganiserat, rent och välstädat. Vänlig personal vid receptionen. Mycket fin frukostbuffé med ett brett utbud. Kan rekommenderas.

Enkelt boende till bra pris. Rumet och toalett var bra. Bra frukost. Inte det roligaste eller modärnaste byggnaden men det gör inte så mycket om man ska på affärsresa.

Rummet var rent och sängen mjuk, vilket jag tycker är bra. Frukosten var också bra. Det finns ett gästkök som jag tyvärr upplevde som sunkigt. Jag ville inte ställa in saker i kylskåpet. Bänkar och dyligt var ok. Personalen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma.

Hotel Vilja är ett lite mindre hotel som är mycket trevlig att bo på. Det du behöver finns på rummet och frukosten är bra😊 Mycket prisvärt
