Staff retreat
This is my second time at the property. It’s just as incredible the second time as it was the first time. I hosted our staff retreat there. 11 of us ladies fit very comfortably as it is so spacious. We had a wellness retreat. The pool and hot tub, amazing grounds and incredible house made for the perfect setting. I highly recommend and the hosts are always excellent and accommodating!!! Don’t think twice, book it!

Fun Spring Break getaway
The pool was the reason that we booked our stay here and it did not disappoint. We spent hours enjoying the pool room and all it had to offer and enjoyed the rest of the house and outdoors when not in the pool.

Family get away
Far exceeded exceptions. We had 5 couples, plus 8 children. Each couple had their own bedroom while the grands roomed together. The pool area was amazing and utilized the entire weekend. The grounds were amazing and family was able to walk the paths, plus grandchildren could throw football around. Great time

Great Kid-Friendly Spring Break Trip for (6) Families!
We brought a group of 29 (12 adults and 17 kids between 3 & 10) to the house for a 3-night Spring Break trip. The house was fantastic! Plenty of space, very clean, and the pool area is amazing. Aside from the pool, the kids fished, rollerbladed around the fully paved property trail, relaxed by the fire and spent plenty of time playing dodgeball, football, LAX, bocce, etc... in the yard and the large pebble-stone area. Internet worked well. (2) full fridges for plenty of food/drink storage. Small grocery store 5-mins away that we visited for a few items. Several large washers/dryers in the garage allowed everyone to keep up on towels and clothes. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for air mattresses so kids could partner up with their friends each night. Water pressure for the showers was hit or miss, but that could be due to # of people showering or doing laundry at same time. Air hockey table and pop-a-shot were broken, but only mentioning for awareness. Our kids were outside, so not a problem for our group. Homeowners were very accommodating and very responsive throughout the entire experience! We'd absolutely recommend this property and our group is keeping it on the list for next year's trip!

AMAZING!
This property was just amazing. The house was incredibly clean. It was so spacious for my party of 25 for a bachelorette party, and the pool was just a dream! The only two cons I have is that the hot tub did not stay hot during the duration of our weekend, and the water in the showers would turn off at random when more than one shower was in use at a time. The pros of this house definitely outweigh the cons, and we will definitely be returning!

Amazing Property for Large Groups
The home was perfect for our stay! We had 10 adults and 10 children ages 7-11. There are plenty of places to sleep. We could've had another family comfortably join us. The home also has plenty of rooms to hang out in. It really is a beautiful home and property. In the warmer months there would be much to do outside with the kids. The main draw is the POOL. WOW. It is better than any indoor hotel pool I have ever seen. It is unbelievable and the kids never wanted to leave. It was so nice to have the pool to ourselves and people can come and go as they please. Only drawback is the location is about 25 min from a store such as Target, Starbucks, etc. We would definitely stay again and already have many people asking where this gem is!

Smiles all day and all night
The house was perfect for our family/friend gathering. We had kids ranging from preK to high school. Everyone had things to do and places to chill. The path around the house was great and we saw a ton of deer on our morning walks. Here are some of the kids and adults favorite things about the house and weekend The view The Eagle sighting and then watching it fish right in front of the house The pool, the pool, the pool. The pictures do not show how big and awesome the pool area is The temperature in the pool area was amazingly warm and comfortable and when the sun came out we were almost fooled that we were somewhere in the south. The beds are super comfy The house is huge but felt very cozy at the same time. The dual dining tables made dining together perfect. The kitchen is well supplied so even though we forgot some seasonings we were lucky to find some there. Plenty of glasses, plates and cooking ware. The cons - we had to leave. Thank you for having this amazing house available for us to make some wonderful memories. We all talked about coming back again for a fun getaway

Spectacular new years family gathering
Can’t say enough about the house. It is not only better than all pictures but warm and comfortable in every room. The pool entertained my grandchildren’s into the evening each day, the game room was full all day and night as kids came and went. Property, path and views are spectacular. My family, which is grandma and grandpa, our two sons, wives and 5 grandchildren have rented many times and the entire group voted this best of all times.

This place, just one word- wow. Staying in this place was a dream come true. We had a big group of friends and every single person had a blast. The pictures don't do this place justice. Highly recommend staying here! I'm looking for an excuse to come back.

Great group property!
We stayed with six couples and 12 kids ages 18 months-10 years and everyone had a great time. Lots of gathering spaces. Loved the kitchen area because we could all eat together! Pool was a hit and the outdoor area was fun for all the kids to play. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing house and property
This place is absolutely amazing. 26 adults slept comfortably and there was room for more. The indoor pool and water slide are so much fun! The lake area and trail around the property is gorgeous. You are truly living the life of luxury when you book this property. The listing description and photos are extremely accurate which allowed me to easily plan out who would sleep where ahead of time. I wish the master bedroom was private, but I understand the utilization of space by placing another bed in the secondary room connected to the master. Overall, I wish our stay had been longer and I would come back again in a heartbeat!

The property is beautiful. We have a large family, many ages and many interests. The fisherman were able to fish on the boat we brought, the kids and young adults had a great time playing volleyball in the pool. I would definitely recommend.

The home and yard are gorgeous. Plenty of room and space. Beds are very comfortable as good as best hotels have. Everything you need and more! Only things that were a disappointment were the water pressure throughout the whole house and the lake access. Water is a bit stagnant at doc we wouldn’t let anyone swim off dock.

50th Wedding Anniversary Family Gathering
What a wonderful place to gather with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary (11 adults and 9 children, ages 2-15) There was so much room where we could be together as a group as well as find our own little spot to be alone. And with so much room, the little ones could nap without being disturbed. The pool was a HUGE hit. So. Much. Fun! The kids really enjoyed the slide as well as the warm water temperatures. We were concerned about a broken hanging fluorescent light fixture over the pool (which unfortunately did not get taken care of) and the fans were not operational, so it was very hot/humid in the pool area when sitting and watching the kids play. Also, throughout the home and pool, there were so many switches for lights and fans that we couldn't figure out which one was for which, so maybe some "labeling" would be nice? Kitchen was amazing to prepare and eat our meals, and the dishwasher made cleanup easy, however, a few sharp knives would be an excellent addition to the kitchen. The outdoor area was also wonderful. We saw several deer on the property and enjoyed walks and lawn games. We didn't have enough time to take advantage of both the indoors and outdoors as much as we would like, so perhaps we will need to book another vacation with more days so we can "play" a little more in both areas!

We had an amazing 3-night stay. Sixteen adults and six children thoroughly enjoyed the ample space and the various amenities of this gorgeous property. Even though there were 22 of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other and it was easy for 3-4 adults to be working in the kitchen at the same time. It was also easy to go an hour or two without seeing anyone depending on where you were. The pool was fantastic despite the sound system being non-operational. Everyone brought Bluetooth speakers, so that did the trick. The temperature of the water and the room was perfect, like a tropical paradise. The beds are all super comfy and I'm extremely picky about mattresses. We slept very well once we figured out how to shut off the alarm chime that went off every time someone opened any door including the door to the pool. We were disappointed that the lake by the doc didn't look swimmable due to algae, but there were lots of fish to look at and the view was beautiful. There is a disc golf set which was a nice addition to the ones we brought so we set up a makeshift disc golf course on the immense property. We also enjoyed morning walks and bike rides on the path. There's a pool entrance off of the master suite so that room was a little warmer than the rest of the house but we found a box fan to help with that and to drown out the pool/basement noises. Slept like babies. Cleanup at checkout was normal and customary and took no time at all with everyone pitching in.

The pictures do not do this home justice. We had 22 people and it felt like there was room for another 20. The pool is by far the best part. Only thing to be aware of, if you have the master bedroom, the basement room is directly below and if you want to go to bed while others are still up you can hear literally everything form the basement in the master bedroom. It was a great wekeend!

Amazing Getaway!!
This house is beyond amazing! My family and I (8 adults and 3 children) stayed here for 3 nights Feb 2023 for a mini family vacation and could not have enjoyed our time more. There is plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the grounds outside were gorgeous. It ended up being 50 and sunny so being able to get out and utilize the paved path around the property and sit down by the water was an added bonus. You will also not be disappointed with the unbelievable indoor pool which we spent most of our time in. I cannot say enough good things about this house and the hosts. What are you waiting for…just book it!

Our large group had a great time at this property! Lots of space for board & card games, football watching, darts, & air hockey. We enjoying walking around the scenic property & saw many deer. This house is amazing. Everything was perfect! Beautiful views, huge and cozy home , pool was awesome but so was the pool area. There was every possible thing one needed in the kitchen. We had a wonderful Christmas family dinner while enjoying the outstanding views overlooking the lake. There were lots of activities for the kids. I can’t begin to say how amazing our stay was. I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and, no doubt, one this was the best. Everyone loved it…..Seniors, adults, teens, kids . We hope to come back next year! Nick is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and accommodating.

We had a great time at this property was perfect for our extended family of 27 .
The house great and the indoor pool was amazing we spend lot of time in the pool . We rented a pontoon for 2 days and we used it a lot on the lake . The lake was calm did not have much traffic at all. We grilled used the outdoor fire pit sat for hours outside very peaceful and secluded 26 acres of property. The house is great for a large group with enough beds and sitting area indoors and outdoors for everyone.

Nick was a great host throughout the entire process/stay. The house is equipped with everything from A to Z. Tons of entertainment for everyone- pool, game room just to name a few. If you’re looking to get away to relax or/and get together with family and friends, I highly recommend this place.
