A wonderful stay for a family of 4
We had a wonderful stay for our family of four. We received a warm welcome from the manager and got an upgrade for our room. The manager sat down with us to discuss site seeing options so that we were clear what to expect in Cappadocia. The breakfast was really good, everything was fresh and my kids thought it was better than some 5 star hotels. The beds were very comfortable and we had a nice conjoined balcony overlooking the garden with our kids' room. All the employees were super friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk to the town center. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel to stay at and we highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Staff is extremely friendly & Helpful
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is located in a great are if you are visiting Cappadocia. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here with my parents. We were all pleasantly surprised. This is probably the best value for the money you can get in a hotel: It is clean, cheap, friendly, well located and above all charming.

We stayed here for two nights and were sooo extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel is beautiful!! Service is excellent -and the staff is super friendly and nice. They were extremely helpful in guiding us in all the things to do since we were so limited on time. The room was beautiful and the breakfast is great. I can't wait to come back and spend more time here. The staff is super accommodating and helped make our shuttle reservations to the airport. They also arranged for a car and driver to see the towns in Cappodocia and it was just great. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this great hotel!!

Loved it!
We wish we would've stayed longer!! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners and their family were at the hotel that entire weekend we were there and they were such a pleasure!!! They stayed and talked with us, letting us know the sights around the hotel and fun things to do. The Cappodocia region is a woniderful place and a hotel like this makes it even better!! I would certainly stay here again and also reccomend others to stay!

Comfortable property
This hotel is not located near the main square, but only a five minute walk from the main city attractions. The property is absolutely beautiful, the landscape is peaceful.

Akuzun-Ürgüp
Öncelikle ilk izlenim olarak oteli çok beğendik ve bu kadar güzel olmasına çok şaşırdık. Odamızda çok güzeldi ancak bazı eksiklikleri vardı. Benim gibi kız arkadaşınızla giderseniz bilin ki kapının altında 3 parmak kadar boşluk var ve koridordan bütün sesler duyuluyor. Jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Şömineyi 2 defa kullandık. Baca tam çekmediğinden bütün gece pencereyi yarı açık bıraktık ve hava gerçekten soğuktu. Otel çalışanlarından memnunuz sorunlarımızı belirttiğinmiz de çözüyorlardı ama sorunlardan çok tatilimizi güzel geçirmeye çalıştık ve öylede oldu. Ürgüp'ü sevdik ama bence 2 veya 3 gün fazlasıyla yeterli. Sonrasında biraz sıkıyor.

Fiyata göre çok düşük performans. Bir gün önce Niğde'de bunun 1/3 fiyatına daha iyi bir otelde kaldık. Lokasyon olarak daha pahalı olması normal ama hizmet kalitesi çok düşük. Dieses Hotel ist perfekt geführt, sehr nettes Personal und Management! Grosses Frühstücks Buffet. Saubere helle Zimmer teils mit Whirlpool. Hat noch Raum für Verbesserungen die schon im Gange sind. Danke für die Hilfe und die Zeit bei euch! .. Bu otel mükemmel bir şekilde yönetiliyor, çok güzel personel ve yönetim! Büyük kahvaltı büfesi. Bazılarında jakuzi bulunan aydınlık odaları temizleyin. Halihazırda devam etmekte olan iyileştirme için hala yer var. Yardım ve zaman ayırdığınız için teşekkürler! ... This hotel is perfectly managed, very nice staff and management! Large breakfast buffet. Clean bright rooms some with whirlpool. Still has room for improvement which is already underway. Thanks for the help and the time with you!

A nice hotel
The hotel is made of stone and wood. The garden was beatiful. I loved the decoration. The breakfast was average but the stuff were very friendly. In summary price/performance is good.

Super! Super Service - fast familiäre Atmosphäre!
Das Hotel Akuzun befindet sich in Ürgüp selbst, von wo aus das Zentrum keine 500m entfernt ist. Der Blick vom Hotel aus selbst richtet sich auf eine schöne Felslandschaft, welche typisch ist für Kappadokien. Besonders aber, neben dem kleinen und fast privaten Hotel, ist der Service. Der Sohn des Besitzers Ahmed Akuzun besticht durch hervorragende Deutsch-Kentnisse und sehr persönliche Betreuung (falls das erwünscht ist). Tipps und Ratschläge sind für ihn selbstverständlich und auch längere Gespräche bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse sind für ihn keine Last. Im Gegenteil! Gastfreundlichkeit wird HIER wirklich groß geschrieben! Hierzu kommt noch das sehr gute und typisch-türkische Essen. Sei es über dem Kaminfeuer gegrillte Fleischvariationen oder für die Region typisches Essen aus dem Tontopf. Rundum fühlten wir (zwei ältere Damen, zwei Mitdreißiger, eine Mitzwanzigerin und eine Neunjährige) uns äußerst wohl. Selbstredend, dass wir das Hotel jedem unserer engsten Freunde sofort weiterempfehlen würden und werden. DANKE!

Hotellet ligger sentralt til i sentrum av Urgup. Kontinental frokost +++++ over all forventning. Meget hyggelig vertskap og betjening. Noen mangler med rommet som dårlig belysning og noe sen tilkobling av varme. Rommet til våre venner var godt opplyst. Meget gode madrasser. Kan anbefales.

Agréable séjour, agréable personnel très hospitalier et très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse avec baignoire jacuzzi !! petit dejeuner certes un peu trop simple mais suffisant, terasse agrable, proximité de la gare routiere.
