Great location!
Two blocks from downtown. Walking distance to bus station for tours to Tierra Del Fuego National Park. Grocery store close by. Comfortable bed in bedroom. Did not use other bed. Shower great. Small but adequate kitchen. In an apartment building. I had problems with the key. I think it was just me. I had people who live there help me a couple times. No front desk. Was met at apartment, let in, and given a map a good orientation to the area. Manager very friendly and helpful. May not be the place for you if you cannot use stairs or walk up and down a steep hill to and from downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
