The property was clean and was in close proximity to beaver creek. To get to the ski area you need to take a bus. The gondola only goes to the landing and then you have to hop on the bus. The property was nice looking, the main issue we had was the staff. Before we arrived I received a notification that our room was ready. However, when we finally got to to the front desk a couple hours later, they indicated that that was not true and "they don't know why I was sent that" in a rather rude way. After waiting for another hour we finally received out room. Another issue we had, is that the restaurant by the bar had under cooked some pasta and overcooked our children's burgers. They were overcooked to the point of beef jerky. We decided to check out a day earlier and go to another hotel, usually most hotels that care would ask why we're leaving early. These folks did not. I personally would probably find a resort closer to beaver creek ski resort next time. I'm unsure if all the resorts have similar staff issues but I definitely felt like I paid too much for the service I received.
