When we arrived to check in, the clerk was not very communicative. She just took my card and gave me my room key. She did not even give us basic information about the breakfast that was offered the next morning. I ended up having to call down to the front desk and ask another clerk that told us about the time breakfast would be offered.
Secondly,
When we arrived to the room, i discoverd that there was no blanket or pillows for the sofa bed that my son would be sleeping on. So we went down to the front desk and informed the clerk that we need pillows and a blanket. The clerk said that they were out of pillows. So then after telling us that they were out of pillows, she leaves the front desk,comes back with a blanket and pillows. Now, she just said they were out pillows? So we go to our room, and later that night my son says to me, that there is a foul odor coming from the pillows that the clerk gave us earlier that night. So i smelled the pillow, and my son was right, it was foul. There was a foul odor that was coming from the pillows. So my son ended up having to use one of my pillows. Upon checking out the next day,i innformed the clerk on duty about this and she said she would let her manger know. havent heard form anybody.
Thirdly,
The A/C unit in the room sounds like a plane taking off. All night long we were awakened by it coming on and going off. There was a loud bang sound when it turned off. Needs maintenance.I am very disappointed in our stay here.
