Apartment was amazing, clean, spacious with huge kitchen, location is the one of the best in Valencia and receptions were very friendly, Check-in and check-out was very easy..I will come back and very recommend it.

A truly top notch place to stay
Although a bit tough to find at first, it is a great location with fantastic facilities. It is quiet neighborhood in the heart of the old city. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating and completely customer service focused. I plan to return to Valencia and wouldn't consider staying elsewhere!

Although it says a NON smoking property, the room smelled very bad to smoke. The cleaning lady was smoking outside so for sure she smokes inside the rooms when doing her job. Also the room did not look at all as the photos on the web, it is not as nice and well decorated as it shows. The location is very good and walkable everywhere and very close to retaurants and cafes. Do not book this property if you have a car, the hotel is very hard to find as some streets are closed and they are very narrow.

Fantastic spot in a great location. Just very difficult to find if you are driving a vehicle, even with gps. We parked our vehicle and hired a taxi just to find it, but even he said he could not drive down the street at night. We parked our vehicle several blocks away in a parkade and walked. Finally a food delivery person on a bike was able to direct us there. It was fantastic then, but still tricky to get the car into the area. One of the reasons we selected this accommodation was that Expedia said it was free self parking on the website. Unfortunately, we had to pay 17 or 18 euros each night.

Large modern apartment. Well appointed. A couple of minutes from cathedral. Let down by very limited reception hours. Have to download app, receive multiple emails, make phonecalls when app doesn't work. Very stressful! In future will avoid properties using the app.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment. It was big, clean and with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were beautiful with great showers. The location was perfect to visit the Center of the city and all its attractions. The negative was that the apartment did not have natural light and was dark at all hours of the day. We had a unit on the first floor where 2 windows faced a construction site and one faced a narrow street. Perhaps it is the nature of the location but that was the only negative.

I loved the fact that the bathrooms had a bidet. I loved the living room and kitchen. It was perfect for when we had food to keep in the fridge. The hotel was a 2 min walk to Virgin Square which is where all the action is at night.

It was great to have a car park even if it did cost and still be in the heart of the old city Not easy to get to at first but once you know how it is fine Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in the room provided Overall for location, size and price - very good

The property was in the heart of the historic district. The apartment was clean. However, the internet was slow and communication with staff. was spotty. They almost seemed annoyed when we approached them with questions.

Excellent appartments with parking in heart oldtow
Inside an old building, a great modern hotel, very efficiently run by extremely helpful staff This is an apartment hotel meaning you have a little suite of rooms including cooking facilities. Everything good quality and modern, the rooms and Hotel were very clean. It also means there is not dining or breakfast room. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town a stone's throw ( 3 minutes walk) from the main square and cathedral. This was wonderful. The hotel has excellent underground parking. Pay Attention! The streets around are pedestrianised old town streets, you get special access allowance from the hotel. However navigation is very hard. Do not put the hotel or even the nearby square into Google maps! Rather the hotel sends picture directions starting on a main ( full access) junction. Put that start point int Google maps then follow the hotel's directions so CAREFULLY READ THE HOTELS DIRECTIONS ALL THE WAY THROUGH IN ADVANCE. (You'll have guessed I didn't.)

Our second stay, great to be back
Our second stay with you and just as fantastic this time round. Super comfortable apartment, well equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation. Location is amazing, everything on your doorstep in the old city. Friendly and helpful check in, arranged our return airport taxi. Highly recommend this property.

Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was awesome, close to many tourist attractions. I stayed in a 2 bedrooms one bath apartment on the 4th floor. Beds were comfortable, kitchen utensils and dishes were well stocked, but bathroom was quite small and lack counter space. The living room ceiling was sloped to follow the roof line which resulted in reduced headroom and smaller windows., likely because the apartment is on the top floor. Overall, I feel the apartment is a good option for short term stay.

The computer systems were down when. Checking in AND out, luckily the office was open when checking in. However when checking out no one was there, I was unsure where to leave the keys so i slid them under the door that leads to the hall to get to the office. The underground parking had water running down the sides of the wall. Other than that the room itself was pretty clean, spacious and comfy. Its close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. Its a pain to drive your vehicle to the parking garage as the streets are pretty narrow.

Fantastic central hotel in Sanlucar.
Great hotel in a fantastic central local with lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes close by, as well as lots of shops. Also very close to main sights off interest and r from the bus station and the beach area. It also has a great terrace, with good views

The apartment was large, really well equipped, spotlessly clean and a high standard of decoration and furniture. It’s really well situated in the old town on a quiet street but only a minute walk away from the cathedral and main square. It’s also an easy 10 minute walk from the metro and on a direct line from the airport.

Fantastic apartments
We stayed at the Citizen Juristas for the second year in a row. Again we were not let down by our apartment. We arrived at 12:30. Check in took a few minutes and luckily for us our apartment was available. Very spacious apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing 4 day break in the charming city of Valencia. The apartments are a few minutes from the old town . Very convenient for the cathedral and walkable to the shops and restaurants. On the day of checkout we were able to leave our luggage in a safe store at reception.

Highly recommended- Lovely flat
Really excellently located Flat right in the heart of old town Valencia. It had a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room. Nicely decorated with very nice bathroom and really comfy bed. Loved it. The surrounded area is pedestrian and full of bars and restaurants.

Good property and location
Citizentral Jurista is located in the downtown area close to many historical places you might want to visit in Valencia. It is also close to a Hop-on Hop-off bus station which you can use to visit other sightseeing places outside the downtown area. Eating options are endless. The negative part is that not all apartments are friendly to wheelchairs and strollers - and consequently to family with small kids and or senior people with walking limitations. In addition, the A/C and heating seems to be centralized and you cannot adjusted to your desired level - temperature changed a lot through the night and we ended waking up every certain time. The unit only had a TV in the living room. If you like laying down in bed and watch TV for a while, you will have to reconfirm with the property on this (we do not know if all apartments have only one TV).

Dont Book Superior Room
Paid for superior room and had no bath so requested a move. Given room 405 with a bath (sort of) its even smaller than the normal bath size in spain. not a bath at all. The room was just a standard room so feel a bit ripped off.

Regarding the change of your room, 405 is a superior apartment as well, however the apartment in which you were staying before was bigger than the normal size superior apartments as we explained to you and you agreed to change as you prefered to have a bath,anyway, we are very sorry than you weren't haooy with the change.
